First of all I would like to say that MB isn't a strat faction, we are KbW. Second of all I would like to add that we are not a 70 man faction. We have 59 members on our faction page and I would say that only 10-15 are active regularly. So yes technically we are a larger faction but in reality we aren't because we have so many afk people and we just don't feel like cleaning up the roster. Third of all strat start six months ago. Eight months ago was the end of strat 4.

I wouldn't expect you to know what you are talking about just simply because you are Kesh and you care way too much about a video game and "winning" strategus even though you can't win battles with the squids (72 man faction) the sloths (3 guys?) DSPE (I thought they all quit) backing you up. Yet Occitan offers to help us and suddenly we are the ones crying for help?

Seriously though, thank you Kesh for all the great battles and exp you brought the community because it was only you that did everything in strat

mercing for someone vs a whole separate faction using gear and troops is a bit different, just a little fyi. honestly no one cares if you guys are bad at strat, it was pretty gay overall this round.

Pretty much a shit round, to the point where I never even launched a battle on someone lol. I realized the mechanics for strat 5 sucked and stopped playing like 3 weeks in lol, AFK'ed ever since.

As a result I have like 4000 troops lol.

again his message is generally true. I will help break it down for you

we are a 7 man faction taking on a very large faction (59/60 plus does not really matter) who has played trade simulator all round so far. It shows from the huge amounts of transitional and scale armor you bring to fights, and lately cav as well. As Mae mentioned having people merc for you does not make them a participant of the war. If that were true, imagine the numbers on your side of that equation. You get lco and acre fighters routinely which would bring your number well over 100! See how dumb thinking that way is?

So you get attacked by us and we fight. It has been a blast.. fun provided by the horde.. aka kesh, so that is also true. If we had not attacked your crew, literally nothing would be going on the last month of this game. No one else is at war. You guys would be continuing to stock up for the zombie invasion or something or the next episode of hoarders like LCO while maintaining a large number of fiefs.

saying mb over kbw... meh get over it.. everyone calls us fcc or kesh. It is just how you are known.

Now it was a close war and we were having a lot of fun with it. Getting LCO to get involved is rather sad and pretty much says we won. We have done this while primarily on offense, while you played plated turtle nearly every battle. I doubt this bothers any of you, but all 7 of us are laughing our asses off about it. Kesh is down right giddy. No matter what happens going forward we accomplished our goals.

I'm more than positive if you attacked them with what you had before that, you'd never have do this well. You have use approx ~7k troops, equal to what you captured at rindyar and half of Sharwa. You started with 7k approx before rindyar.

See how that is done?  Doing those things, is the fun part we are talking about. Those troops and castles were there for anyone with the balls to risk 3000 plus troops to take.

I remember when we did inticiated those attacks, lots laughed at us since we would not win and waste all those troops...

Nothing against that(both of those factions were fucking stupid in how they geared castle and etc), but come on, they are EU's. You honestly never expected to lose, either.

What I find the most horrible of that entire thing is you capped that one factions castle with 16k troops. Talk about completly making people quit forever? That's just straight fucking dick move, and entirely a shit faced thing you can do to anyone. Oh well, you learned from DRZ so totally expected on that category.

listen, I know gaining and then sitting in a castle for the entire round is what you do best but for the vast majority it is not how the game should be played.


Those guys had 1000s of troops doing absolutely nothing. We borrowed them and gave the community something to do. Before that point I would say no one even looked at the battle page, because it was empty.

oh and for jack.. Anders may be half monkey! Aldo aspires to get to simian level! Am I doing this right?

I find it very strange that Anders is attack-shaming people.  You should never shame someone for attack, unless it's at a horrible time, because that is how you have Strat battles.  It's like you dislike Strat battles, as if they are some kind of burden on you.  The whole point of Strat is to have battles, not to play an awful and ugly javascript trading simulator.

Attack shaming? I never faulted them for it, but I find that capping 16k tickets on 1 faction is basically playing the game beyond dirty. Just make people quit so you can have the map like you want it ala EU map. As far as the battles, the EU's couldn't(or wouldn't?) Hire NA mercs,(was bad times for EU i guess?) and improperly geared their castles. They totally deserved to lose Rindyar(Like: who the fuck item bombs their own fucking fief... and forgets siege gear).

Sharwa just didn't have the mercs, at least the gear was good.

This strat sucks totally and I really just don't like it. Daruvian is right in so much about it. Kill it off after Christmas and let it finally die.

anders how many people in your faction.. and do not give me the adjusted numbers. Are you physically locked in the castle? You do know that their is a whole other side to this game called attacking right? You get to pick the target and generally the time. It is fun when not wanting to sit and wait to be attacked to try sometime.

I wasn't talking about the merc support you are getting. Since you brought it up, the squids attacking us on strat right after kesh declared war had nothing to do with you guys?  Also the whole sloths are attacking these fiefs so Kesh can't have them was just more coincidence?

As the LCO attacking I have no idea what that is about.  As far as I know they are attacking just because they saw a chance to get rid of kesh FCC puutie scum.

With gear for only 1600 or so (how many we killed roughly taking it) won because it was a bunch of eus sitting doing nothing but dumping troops and not even active enough to do trade on NA lands.  You really should get off your high horses anders - you were the one spouting how glad you were for eus to be attacked that were settling in NA lands - "they don't belong here."  I guess hypocrisy only works when its against kesh, bale, matey, adoptagoat, firebus, dbrookz, and kamikaze_joe (sadly afk for quite a while).

See what I did there?  i just listed every member of our faction that just fucked up a giant faction that had been saving up all strat to fight in plate and with barely scrounged together gear on our part to the point they needed to get another large faction to save them.  (when you accomplish something other than defending a castle Anders you can probably talk, but until then...just backseat driver).  Either one of you try listing your faction members without filling a paragraph or 3.


We are laughing pretty hard right now at mb (kbw - almost every tag is mb) for being this bad, we just won and accomplished quite a bit of what we wanted to - prove how weak and ineffectual mb is (it gets really hilarious when you guys cant fight in plate) and that we didn't need to be a giant faction to accomplish quite a bit! GG, McMcasshole  - you just lost buddy, never going to live this one down - 7 man facton made your 60 man faction, that had 8 months of VERY active trading to prepare and plate armor to back them up, run for help.


I'm having a great time!

P.S.  As far as I understand squids took ayyike back and you attacked them a couple times up there and that was it until now, vast majority of fighting as has been against miniscule factions fucking your shit up - Taser's -2 equipped army was funny as hell beating up your shiny army as attackers.

we have nothing to do with squids and you sparring. I assumed that it was some sort of trade dispute since all the armies that were fighting were all small groups till the one tomorrow.

Sloths are just weird. Waffle is 12 and has all these hormones racing around causing him to act out in odd ways. No accounting for that.


I need help naming that emotion of clearly killing it in a forum war and then seeing a kesh post :) I wonder what that could be called.

I believe total is 35. Active: 10(maybe?)

And Yes, I am NOT allowed to leave the castle, unless the REWARD severely outweighs the RISK. We generally use the others for that stuff. If I had my way We'd have far more battles, but Bull is leader, and he's been stuck in a hotel cause the condo he's at wasn't built soon enough and he doesn't get on enough right now to control things. That's why we've slowed down so much since August 1st. Oh that, and everyone plays other games(Mortal Online, those whores :rolleyes:)

Don't know if we ever will attack something else. I'm sure we'll do...something...soon (tm)
Soon(tm) is our current phrase for doing anything in strat. Here's an Idea, Insult Bull and he might get off is Duff and finally give us some attack order!

I was going to sign for against for the DRO guys(but then I saw they had 16k tickets and no mercs :oops:), and the corp was a Merc agreement on our faction so that was a forced hire.

Signed up against the KU in a few, and for them on a few(I chose the winning side every time almost on that arrangement :D) and I definitely signed for you against true EU scum.

Bah, forum wars I'm going to get yelled at again. Not allowed to do it, but it's so so much fun :twisted:

Also, if you were curious it was aldo in hospitaller ts most of last night begging for help with vue there and earthgeodude available on steam (he was given 1250 troops by lco in caraf castle to reinforce gerard).  King_itchy had been in their battle just before but had gone afl in their ts by the time we hopped in.  After vue attacked me with all his troops to try and stop me from attacking earth's unarmed army, earth geodude dumped 500 of his troops into vue's village (like they were interchangeable and one faction working together, UIF?) and then reinforced gerard.  Also, I hadn't known this but it sounds like Vue (internet_Explorer) is 12 years old, explains a lot!  Pretty funny!

I think one of the funnier parts is how much Aldo has emphasized how little they care about strat - yet they have been the most active traders all strat building up to plate armies and as soon as they started losing to a tiny faction he runs begging for help from another giant faction to bail him out of his own ineptitude.  We are laughing pretty hard right now.  :) :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

I think I figured out kesh, he's like that one kid everyone knew from elementary school who tried really hard to win all the games at recess, and if he didn't he pouted about it and if he did he gloated about it even though none of the other kids even gave the slightest shit.

Except in this case it's even more depressing because kesh is in his 20's and trying THIS hard at a minigame of a shitty mod of an even shittier game. He is wasting his best years trying to prove he is the best at internet wars 5: medieval boogaloo (tm)

honestly Kesh is legitimately the only reason Strategus has been fun at all for the last 2 versions, if it wasn't for Kesh being around there is actually no point in playing anymore. Whether you like or hate him, he makes the entire thing entertaining due to his conflicting personality. people disliking each other is needed for the game to be any fun, without that most people don't even try to have battles and the ones that do happen are boring.

Not sure if anyone in LCOH has been in contact with you or your faction, but Vue sent a PM to some of our members on Aug 30th saying he was making the decision on his own to attack you.  The reasoning he gave was that someone in MB had barely survived a battle, had a lot of valuable gear, and he didn't want you to get your hands on it since you had already taken a couple villages near his. 

I don't really know much about what we're doing in strat, but figured I'd at least set the record straight.  It doesn't appear there was any conspiracy to have MB and LCOH team up against you guys.  I sent a PM asking if I should attack Matey or Bale (not sure which one it was) in the area, and was told to leave you guys alone. 

I'm assuming we've had some sort of talks with you or your faction, but if not, there you go. 

Personally, I don't care what happened or happens since I can't ever make any strat battles.  But I want to thank you for bringing battles back to strat.  You know, the whole reason for moving our gay little pixels around.

The way people are playing this round of strat is the same as playing Civ 5 and going for a diplomatic victory.  You're doing it wrong. 

*EDIT*  Actually the way people are playing is actually probably closer to people playing Civ 5 and not even going for a victory, just playing to enjoy building up an empire.

I don't remember ever once saying that I don't care about strat. I think the resistance that we've put up against the suprise attacks you pulled on us is a testament to that in itself. I'm not going to lower myself to your level and say that you are bad at strat, because I don't believe it to be true. Lol, I've never been in FCC so clearly that takes away all credibility from anything you've ever said. I've been in FCC teamspeak for strat battles, and that's it. You never would have taught me how to play this game as I've been playing Native for two years. I admittedly did join Acre for about a week and learned the basics of how to properly skill, and joined GoW from there. So it's apparent to me now that you lie to try to seem like the coolest kid on the playground, when in actuality you're in the circle of nerds in the corner, and all of them hate you.

Go ahead and insult my play, I know I'm not amazing at this game, I've never claimed to be, but I know I'm not a piss-poor player as you're attempting to make me out to be. First of all, Wesley called me a bad diplomat initially. Actually im pretty sure your group was slandering me for a week at least before i even bothered replying to you.

And lets be honest, FCC had plans to war against us from the git-go. I'm just not too concerned with bad PR at this point. These forums are pretty much dead, and the people who read them are already signing up against us as is, so I feel like I might as well speak freely.

Two things
1. Aldo doesn't tell me what to do in strat. I am capable enough to manage on my own. Kesh taught me in strat 3 when we worked together back in the day.
2. How do I know you weren't the one who used a known map exploit to try keep the fief away from us? I had set my strat dot to attack you well before the battle had started just to be safe. You should have been sent to Eu and yet you weren't. You managed to stay inside the fief.

All of this doesn't matter though. All I am trying to say is don't call out Aldo for my own shit. I WANT IT! I NEED IT! GIVE IT TO ME! GIVE IT TO ME HARD!

So by saying that this exploit is well known, you are basically admitting to having known about it. Which is why you knew you were safe to attack Mcdeath right outside the fief. You knew you could abuse that exploit and continue buying the goods at the fief, while engaged for battle. When we attacked you, the S&D was around 1200, meaning that the crime would start kicking in within 24 hours. You are the only one who chose to abuse an exploit here sir, by buying down the S&D while you were engaged for a battle. FCC constantly trying to slander my name, and portray me as a rager. You may be absolutely right in strat 1,2 or 3, which I did not participate in. Aiight, I was in strat 3 as a FIDLGB eel farmer, but that shit doesn't count.

But in strat 4, Kesh was absolutely the leader of FCC. Of course when he posted some absurdly silly shit on the forums (instead of the normal silly shit), people would try to rein him in a bit for diplomacy's sake. But the only person to maintain constant contact and coordination between our factions when we were FCC puutie vassals was Kesh. Bale would come in if Kesh wasn't available (lol), and Murdertron did actually take quite an active role in diplomacy with us. Not sure about other factions. He may have just thought we were cute, you know? That's why I hung out in MB TS sometimes, anyway.

I could not comment on your internal affairs; Kesh could have held council and not EVER acted without a complete consensus of all FCC members for all I know. I wasn't privy to that shit. But for external affairs, Kesh was the guy in charge. If you asked anyone in NA1 who to talk to if they wanted to get a hold of FCC, you know who they'd say.

Diplomacy was mostly reached by complete consensus in my faction. I'd ask every active strat member what they thought about any big decision. Either we had the same sort of ideas, or they deferred completely to my nerd dictatorship. Guess which one it was, given your knowledge of Frisian protocol.

Even so, if you'd ask anyone in NA1 at the time who to talk to if they want to get ahold of the Frisian faction, and they'd say me. Probably, anyway.

Just because decisions on stances, attitudes, and policy towards other factions were reached on consensus within the faction doesn't preclude Kesh from leadership.

Sorry, I've got a jonesin' for Strat 4 so instead of experiencing a brief period of "wow, FCC is getting FUCKED and we have the best mercs HOLY SHIT THIS IS GREAT TAKE THE DICK KESH" I could experience that the entire time.

Instead it was about 5-8 battles like that and 12 or so of "OH GOD ITS FCC IN A CASTLE WITH ALLERS AND MILEY BECAUSE WE TALKED TOO MUCH SHIT AND THEY HAVE BETTER GEAR AND FUCK SAKE I HAVE TO DO ALL THIS GODDAMN SIEGE SHIT BY MYSELF, BANZAI, AND WHATEVER MONKEYS I CAN SCROUNGE UP FUCK"
