Title: Tell us about your journey through CRPG. (Your clan history.)
Post by: EyeBeat on October 15, 2013, 01:02:41 pm
I thought the name history thread was pretty cool.  It brought a lot of people out of the wood work to post something.

Without trolling too hard I though maybe we can get a thread going explaining our CRPG history.

1.  What clans were you in at some point and state whether it is NA/EU/other?

2.  Briefly explain why you left said clans.  On a positive note...  explain what you have learned from past clans that help you out now.

3.  State what clan you are in now and why you enjoy being there.

I will post mine later.

Try to focus on the positives folks.

"There is more to the story than you think.

I was practically begged to buy a TS server for the CRPG goons. I was on the fence but I eventually did and spent around 120 dollars doing so. I had the money laying around so I figured why not. And everyone was cool as hell back then. No one got on each others nerves or anything.

After a while a couple/few people were just trolling the shit out of anyone new making so new players wouldn't play with us. We had a split in the community.

I tried to get rid of the few that were the problem and everyone left saying I was pretty much einstein.

Meh... I figured I screwed up buying a TS for a year without thinking what could of happened. My fault. That one was on me. There was no way I could make them lose the same amount of money I invested. Oh well at least I have admin on the games servers to fall back on.

Then the same idiots decided to post on something awful about buying and selling looms. They were talking about how they could possibly get 50 to 80 dollars a loom point. Most players have 4 to 5 looms so you do the math. I made out like a bandit!

I looked at it and smiled as I screenshotted it. Posted it to the admins of CRPG. Got them all banned... all of them(the shit heads(yes goresaw is a shit head(because he wears jorts))).

I went fuck goons and it felt so good. :)

Love you goresaw! How you like me now baby?

PS. Revenge feels fucking awesome!"

"I told meow kreczor had nothing to do with it and to unban him. :)

Goresaw I think they unbanned you since you have not yet done anything wrong. Hurry up and sell your loom bro.

I need to find out if I at least got badplayer banned. If not I failed :(."

First clan I ever joined was the Antarian Empire, left it rather quickly due to leader being a massive jerkoff. Quite a bit of time after that I joined SoA, mostly nice people, had fun there, stayed there for several months, eventually left due to a decent amount of the other members disliking me, and because I didn't enjoy large amounts of hate being directed at SoA due to me being in there. Several months after that again I joined GoatsPriests, we're small group of people worshipping the one true Mork the Goat God, awesome clan with great three or so members and pretty goatbanners, still one of the clans I'm in. I recently joined Frisia, I stayed in it for about a week or three before leaving due to accidentally bidding on a banner from my main and not my alts, I returned to Frisia about an hour later, I'm in Frisia because everyone there are just as gay as me.

3 Now Deserters, their bundle of sticksry is just enough for me to handle

1. Order of Rose, Templars, Chinese Templars, GK.
2. Started playing this mod and joined Rose Knights for a few days. September 07 2010 joined Templars. January 14 2013 left Templars. Afterwards joined Chinese Templars. Stayed in there for a few weeks and joined GK. Now i am back in Templars but also not in there.
3. Well, in Templars we kinda play different games. Even when i was in other clans i frequently visited Templar TS and hanged out with them.

P.S. I always wanted to join the Grey Order but they never sent an invitation.

joined HRE in july last year when rico invited me to join.

Never left, but started Peasants United.

Joined a few clans for the banner like Fallen, 300 and quincy.

Use the burg krems banner quite often because it's the only clan I would ever join after HRE dies!

I made my own clan Deadly Roses with my old friends friends from native in 2011.
Later I went inactive, Chris and NoGo asked me if they could be leaders, I said "Why not?" and they made their thing.
After like half a year I came back, later on the clan was renamed to "Brotherhood".
I stuck with them until now, because I know most of these guys for more than 3 years.

We joined as a clan. After a while we decided our suckiness level dropped enough for us to wear our clan tags (tbh we still sucked - but this was back in 2010 so no-one noticed).

When clans was made a part of the game (webpage and all) our Official Midget of Initiative (Ligulf) created the official sort of clan.

Joined Shogunate very briefly when i started playing cRPG under a different name, didn't really like cRPG then due to being shit at this game (not much has changed) so i left cRPG and thus left Shogunate. However the only way to leave cRPG as Jarlek says is 'in a body bag'

Came back to cRPG a few months later and joined the Crusaders of Acre which i stayed in for well over a year, worked up to Grand Duke (Grand Douche) second in command blah blah ended up leading it before it disbanded.

Knew Gnjus and Panos quite well, not a clue how or why, ended up joining the Bandits/Saracens before they disbanded. (Some of the best times i've had in TS and cRPG ever)

Went lonewolf for a while before being invited to join Mercs by Tuetensuppe and Silicium, and still there currently having a laugh, although cRPG pisses me off a lot of the time haha

Got into this game some years ago and instantly  joined Fallen, since I ended up in this game through the vid of one of their trainings, I was like ;THATS WHAT IM LOOKING FOR!

So I joined but I soon found that on the days that training was scheduled I usually had other things to do , so most of the time I wasn't at the trainings.. Played like one strategus battle ever, always wheni end up signing up for a strat battle i had to cancel because I decided I had something better to do and did that in stead.

So turns out I don't really dig the whole strat battle thing and I end up just playing the MP, did join TS evry now and then but my english speech sucks balls so I often couldn't make myself clear, and I always listen music LOUD whilst gaming.
Im sure some will remember that whenever I talked you could often just hear my music with me somewhere far in the background. But I had a great time with the few trainings and they helped me really get started with tips & such but i'm just not really a player that will plan a game in his schedule..
So I decided to fly solo for the moment as my in-game time also started to dwindle and left.

Played solo for a while, used this banner, used that banner, bet i've infiltrated more then a dozen clans under different alias', I like banners! Ended up asking the Guardsmen for permission to use the banner on my alt, Crooked_Guard_Porta, started bumping their thread out of boredness and DEMANDED proposed Tenne that I ought to carry the title of Official Bumper, and from that day forth I bumped in the name of the Guild, and joined with my main, t'is been a glorious service so far, defending the caravans from all sorts of evil and scum!

Admit it - it wasn't the sound of Croatian on TS that bothered you but the lack of whining & crying, instead we had laughing and trolling.

played solo archer for a while then i was invited into Nord, i respecced, we played for a while, then Nord went inactive (read: leaders went inactive and proclaimed the entire clan to be inactive resulting in loads of people leaving :p) i played a good while with the few leftovers we had, saxon, miwi and others. Good times. Then i left and went clanless for a while and then i created my own clan, Thule. Only me and a couple IRL friends, but we have fun and thats what matters :)

Started playing December 2010. Joined Ninja in February 2011 because I played with a Nodachi, saw Khorin beasting it up and had some good duels with Ninja_Babelfish. Got fed up with ninja gear and low activity in the clan and left in like August 2011. Joined Byzantium in September, which wasn't long after they ditched the Shogunate theme. Already seen and heard some of their members cause of being in the same teamspeak and some Shogunates playing other games with Ninjas and they seemed pretty awesome as a clan, especially with the cool new theme.

Have been in Byzantium for well over 2 years now. It's quite a relaxed clan atmosphere and always good fun on teamspeak, while still kicking arse on the server. Never really thought about leaving and we seem to be one of the relatively alive clans still. Probably won't even get rid of my clanmates when one of the potential cRPG replacements comes out.

First time I joined cRPG the guy responsible for getting me addicted also made me join the clan he was in, The Risen. Using the TR tag back then, it was pretty interesting but I wasn't yet that "into" the game. After some time we had a fight and both decided to leave Risens because of our retarded dispute.

Some time later, we met again, and I joined his clan once again, this time it being the Yeniceris (Janissaries - kapikulu sub-division for non-turkish players).
Stayed there for quite some time, studied the art of teamkills untill I was forcefully removed by Kareem.

Played solo for half a year if not more, and then one friend told me that I should try making my own clan. Since he proposed to make us the banner (and still makes them to this day), I went on and searched for a good name and possible theme. Being completely dried out on imagination back then, I stole the name and took some piss-poor theme, which was later quickly removed.

And that is how Stromgarde was born, currently having a fair list of bastards on our account, some more, some less successful.

Was playing solo for months until one day in early-mid 2011 I saw a group of Acre guys working together on a server, so decided to apply and got in. Was quite happy there, liked the guys, but in late  2012 I went inactive for 3-4 months, deleting my characters and everything, and when I came back Acre had disbanded, so I played solo again.
I restarted the grind and a couple of months later applied and got into the Nordmen, very nice guys, but then this spring exams kicked in and I didnt have much time to play, and Nordmen tended to play more on EU 1 than 2, so went inactive again. In order to have less of a reason to come back I left and redeleted my characters. Then in the summer I went back and decided to go solo once again.
So yeah, basic addict pattern there.

I started off during the Goon Depression, and times were rough. I convinced Phantom to get us a banner and tried to drum up more goon interest in this mod.  Times were rough though, and when other goons were on, I hardly knew a multiplier.  After going a week and not seeing another good in TS for a week, I started hanging out in Astralis TS.  Nothing came of that, however, and Partyboy brought me over to the FCC TS where some mercs were fighting in a Strat battle.  He told be about their banner stack, and I was convinced.  I asked if I could join and to my surprise, they let me.

Anyway, I was with FCC for nearly a year.  At first I was very active in Strat and they eventually gave me leadership status.  However, I never really wore a tag or anything or joined a subclan.  At one point, when I became the first Strategus 4 millionaire, I considered leaving FCC with the gold and returning to my goon brethren, but I didn't and shortly after they folded once again like a house of cards.  Later on when I was being federally relocated after the Jason the Great stalking incident of 2013, I took a break from crpg.  By the time I was able to be active again, the forum Kesh hate had spiraled out of control and most of the old school FCC guys were pretty inactive.  In order to distance myself from the Kesh hate and reconcile with some of my old friends who were now Strat enemies, I made my own clam, Spring Break: Somalia.

Started somewhere in 2010 I think. JackieChan got me into the game. I was already a fan of Mount&Blade but never tried Warband MP. We were in the same school class and after much ear-throbbing propaganda to get me into the game, I got in. I was to be another 2h-fodder for several months.
Changed my name to Skono and my build to full str a year later. Got active on EU_3 and started to improve my skills.
Got invited into the Wolves about a year ago, stayed there for 6 months then left because of little activity on CRPG and the departure of the great SexyChinn.
Been on mah own ever since :(

hmm .. basically SoA all the way  yet, i had my episode when i was taking a break from the clan , after my first strat, where some stuff happened , which gave me some sort of clan burnout ... eventhough, not only bad memories from that time exist, i cba'ed nowadays to take any responsibility in the game, perhaps ever again lol ... clan did disperse into other clans for the majority of members, only few guys remained ... ODHarry (a real hero! many kudos to you my good man) kept things running in the next strat until i would come back, which i did try and did take over a bit of stuff halfheardedly, messing up propperly everything , until we decided to ditch that unfun part of cRPG for good.
Result under my and Shanks leadership of the clan you can see right now ... a pretty silly, zero-efford bunch of trolls ... and i figured, i kinda like it that way

Fun fact: In meantime my break , i tried to found a fun clan , called Deserters_ (yes thats right, i was the first one coming up with that clan-name Deserters_ :P eventhough, the new Deserters_ are a pretty nice bunch of guys and i dont mind at all). but came back to SoA eventually, responding to calls from mates, who lured me back, on my weak spot, telling me, that they need me

I started playing a long time back, as I'm sure most people are well aware of, I played quite avidly (as mentioned in another thread) simply because I wanted to become quite good at the game. As I became more vocal on the chat, I noticed a couple of players, in particular Bane who had steamed ahead in terms of gear and he seemed to be a genuinely nice bloke.

Bane then started his clan, The Caravan Guild (It was probably The Caravan Guard back then), which piqued my interest. I noticed at about this time that the Mercenaries had popped up and there was quite a bit of banter that went between Gnjus & Bane concerning chicken coops, so as a naive crappy player I tried to follow Bane (often enough through spectator mode) to see how he fought. I'm sure those of you who remember will know he was a Milanese plated, plated charger riding, morning star swinging character, but he always seemed to avoid playing croquet with peasant's heads.
This really cemented my opinion of him and it came to one of the first times I had been one of the last alive. I was a terrible melee archer and in panic I dropped my sword while Bane cut down my remaining allies. He could have happily cut me down but instead dropped his "Sword of Cookies" for me to fight him with. Naturally he kicked my arse but it was the deciding factor in asking to join. He really had the mentality that I wanted to follow and so I became the fourth of fifth member of the guild.
That was on the 3rd of August 2010.

Since then I took over the clan through iron fist dominance, grew fat and delegated everything but kept the title. I have been asked to join other clans and have had a few times when I thought to finally leave the clan (due to inactivity of myself) but I quickly realised that I would miss the guys that I play with so often. They don't care, or at least don't show that they care, when I go off on a rage, they are all more intelligent than me and just generally the type of people that I wanted to play alongside and besides that, I can always switch teamspeak and talk to other people if I want.

I shan't ever leave, I will be the only one left if that is what happens.

Essay...

River Pirates
Bunch of native friends and trolls that played with no tag, but grouped up on cRPG and had 5 fiefs at the most in strat. Clan died out when most of those guys got bored of cRPG and Strat and I ended up giving away our only remaining fief to TucKMuncK and the Wolpers. My glorious archer days.
Fallen
After almost a year or not playing I went back to cRPG, this time as a crossbowman. Was asked by Everkistus to apply for Fallen and I did that. Was there for a month or two, but my laptop was being repaired pretty much all my time there, so I rarely played and when I did it was on an older desktop with no mic. Beauchamp had a rant about inactive players and players playing without ts, and I felt I was one of those he was referring to. Decided to leave because of that and the fact that I had really not gotten to many members without mic and lack of playing time.
ARMY OF THOR >> VRN >> Nordmen
Asked by okiN to join his massive 4-man clan (the other ones being cmp, Espu and chadz at the time). Changed to Varangian not long after to get a better theme and the amount of players increased. Merged with SeaRaiders for which I'm grateful, with the high amount of really great guys I got to know because of that merge. Early Nordmen time was probably the best I've had in cRPG.
Byzantium
Lack of activity on cRPG by myself and Nordmen and playing other games with a few of the Byzantium, while also having played with them on a small native scene made me leave Nordmen for them. Had a lot of fun with them at first, but again got tired of cRPG, and didn't think I had much motivation for this game after some changes to the mechanics I disagreed with.
Nordmen
Decided to rejoin Nordmen which I feel is my home in cRPG (and the fact that my old friends needed my bunch of looms more than the full byz armoury), and while I only thought I would be playing sporadically, I ended up getting addicted on this shit again. :P

Started cRPG long time ago, when the mod was just released, I played like 1 month but I disliked it back then.
I came back in summer 2012 already in Barabe, and I'm now still in Barabe ^^

Also, now I'm kinda addicted :P

I played native for the longest time up untill a person named warvan wanted me to play c-rpg and help get his NA risen started. I did. I got addicted to playing DTV because I felt that for once a female wanted me. About a month after I started c-rpg I realized NA risen was inactive and took the tags off.

For a long time period I played with myself by myself and got accustomed with playing in servers other than DTV.

One day I saw three guys with the AoW tags kicking ass and asked I i could join. I soon found out that those were 3 of the only 4 people in the clan at the time and I stayed in the clan untill it was a decent size and then everything got ruined when we merged with acre. I said that's gay and just didnt join acre.

For the next 6-7ish months I played on my own again and hanged out in various team speaks such as FIDLGB or Murder boner.

One day I realized that the old AoW guys were wearing Teutonic tags and it turned into that moment in the anchorman were the news team needs to assemble. The clan was far better this time around. Slowly as time went on people got more sour and 10 year olds that said nonstop penis jokes joined the clan, so, I left.

About two weeks later I posted in the clan searching thread and got a reply from Sanderson about Frisia. So I joined Frisia. They had the right taste of gayness with lots of masterbation stories with a dash o immaturity.

End.

I started play crpg in June 2011, was mostly hanging around in DTV where I quickly meet some yellow guys these were the Phalangites. I joined them and played with them for some time, when the leader the all mighty Counterpro/Crusader decided to quit crpg the leadership was handed over to me and Dutchman.

After leading the clan for some time it became inactive so we closed it, I and Dutch joined Stromgarde with some of the still active guys following us. Was in Stromgarde for quite some time and had a great time there, but I missed the yellowness of the Phalangites.

After some talking to Dutch we decided to start up the clan again. A lot of old guys came back from the dead and some new faces like Heksey and Vermilion joined. Started with strat for real, played a bit before but wasn't much in to it, and we got our hands on a village. But as time went on just as before Phalangite became inactive. So I joined Stromgarde (again).

On the Scandinavian forum I head talking about an Scandinavian clan, liked the sound of so when it finally became real I joined Kalmarunionen(The Kalmar Union). That's where I am now.

But who knows, one day the Phalangites might come once again return to spread yellowness to Calradia...

I was in Fallen for two years, joined them right when I started playing regularly.

While relations between NA and EU Fallen were occasionally strained (I may have played a large part in this), we worked together as a unit fairly well.  I learned some great battlefield leadership skills from the veterans, and helped bring many new players up to speed.  Many EUs I considered my friends, and still do.

Ultimately, leadership was eroding on the EU side, as was their interest in pure cRPG (not strat).  Decisions were made with little respect to the views of the NA branch or relative member activity.  You were either a regular cRPG player who kept his head down and tried to improve the clan, or some ancient ex-player who held all the power in the world and gazed down upon the battle-server masses with a mixture of nostalgia and stubbornness.

As the NA side became more independent I found myself among the potential leadership for our branch, and made the decision with other active NA members to split.  It was intended to be an amicable agreement that NA would essentially remain Fallen, but wear different tags and handle our own internal affairs, but the EU side saw it as an insult and power play.

The result was NA completely splintered, with friendships and a shared TeamSpeak being our only remaining ties to the Fallen.  Ultimately I think NA Fallen, now Black Company, has flourished, with our regulars becoming more involved and excited, and recruits entering a more positive, fresh atmosphere.

The few NA Fallens that didn't agree with the decision either remained with the Fallen (but do not play cRPG anymore), or went on their own paths.  Fallen as an EU clan appears to be somewhat crumbling, with cRPG interest declining and the same leadership issues that caused the continental divide now slowly killing the clan.

But hey, what do I know?

Played since the very start of crpg and was a lone wolf for a while. Got invited to Mercs by Burrick after that; me and Lizardman were the first 'New Mercs'. Been there ever since, led the clan for quite a long time but gave it up like 6-8 months ago due to lack of activity.

Honestly even if Mercs dissolved entirely, I would buy my own banner and be the only man with the tag and the high res 3D looking banner.

i came to crpg from good old pirate world :D  clan was called Iron legion and was quiet famous in pirated world, especialy in PW mod. When pirated world had troubles i decided to actualy buy game and one of reasons was i heard about this mod called crpg. By the time i started playing crpg i became something like co-leader of iron legion. Due to inactivity we( some of member leftovers) agreed to disband it and after some while of roaming world alone i joined recently created deserters, it was so long ago that i dont even remember which member i was, probably like from 3rd to 5th member who joined. Since them i am nonstop rolling with deserters, best clan forever.  8-)

When i first played i decided to join the Ninja's, because i thought was cool, had a good time there for a bit, but left because i didnt want to be a ninja.

MOved onto the Templols where i was for about 2 years, due to inactivity at the time and a little run in with one of the members i decided to leave and try and be a lonewolf.

This didnt last long because Muffin invited me to the Mercs and have been there ever since and hope to remain here for the res of my time.

Plus inb4 Phase comes in and writes about every clan in c-rpg

1. IRC --> Varangians --> Nordmen (IRC global, VRN and Nords EU)

2. Left IRC because I was beginning to feel like the only member remaining, joined the Varangians, who had a few friendly faces in their ranks. Some time after that we merged with Searaiders to form the Nordmen.

3. I guess I like atmosphere and theme, there are a bunch of great guys in the clan too, but as most our clan members know, I'm not exactly the most active or social member.
Hell, I think last time I had a strat battle it was in 2011, and I think I've been in TS nine times in total now. :P

EU
1) Joined Thovex when he was in Templar? And he Made Risen (parody of Fallen I guess Lol)
Was in until Thovex asked me to help Sir_Edward make a NA Vassel branch of Risen.

NA Clan name was BlackRose in honor of a DarkFall Clan I was in. Which lasted for a year until Edward had to go on hiatus for 2 years, leaving Sittingbull as the new leader.  We got tired of the BlackRose name because it sounded too fruity at the time.  So we changed our name To Invictus which lasted for about 6 months until we decided to merge with CoN(Champions of Newerth/Champions of Namo) into Astralis.

I think this month is our two year anniversary since our Merg.

Astralis was voted by the members of the clan(s), Runner ups were Viscotti Kingdom,Pillagers of Villagers, and Draconis.

-The first clan I joined was Sunbros, which was an easy going clan created by Draeth. It was a small group, but a great way to ease into c-rpg and a lot of fun.
The clan was a starting point for a lot of us and just disbanded as we all moved on to bigger and better things. Though we we will forever praise the sun!
SUNBROS BEST BROS

-After that I applied to NH and after a rigorous interview I was accepted. I loved my time playing under the NH banner and playing with other teamwork oriented players. Even under what some would call the tyrannical reign of Diggles, I personally enjoyed the rigidness and high standards we were all held to. Reason for leaving: Faction name was retired by Diggles.

-Once Diggles left the remaining members of NH formed Raven and I have been with them ever since. We have great group of members and I have become good friends with all of them. I plan on remaining with the Ravens until the clan or the mod dies.

-I also created a side-clan for a little while called The Land of the Unwashed. I used this clan to kill time during ravens inactive months and to express my love of all things dirty.
I stopped being active in this once Raven became active again.

I started this game sometime in the summer of 2010, and there weren't many serious clans at the time.  I did, however, play with some bandits for awhile, which was my first true taste of cRPG.  I quit cRPG for a month, and when I returned they were no more.

I came back and switched clans a lot, I can't remember the exact progression but I ended up in DL and Caravan Guards at some point.  However the most memorable clan from that time period were the Hoplites, which eventually became Stratia (later Remnants of Stratia, CHAOS, and again the Remnants.)  Keep in mind that Strategus didn't exist at this point, so doubling up on clans wasn't a very huge deal at the time, and at the time Allers got me to make a character for Chivalry.

RIP Braeden

Eventually Stratia fell apart and Socrates made RS, which originally was going to be a small clan of elites (Onimaho, Balbaroth, John, etc) so of course I was interested (despite being horrible at the game).  I played with them for a week or two but ultimately decided that I had come to know and rely on the guys in Chivalry a lot more than I had the guys in RS / Stratia.  I left RS and stayed with Chivalry despite their horrid reputation.

RIP Joseph

Joseph quit the game, some time passed and eventually we made Dracul (October 2010).  We absorbed most of the shitty reputation from Chivalry, and we certainly didn't do anything to help ourselves beyond make things worse.  Regardless, we somehow managed to stay alive this long, I don't see our clan dying any time soon.

my story - may not be in chronological order

The Unkown - A small clan that lumetta made, we all wore uniforms and it was pretty cool but my warband stopped working and I couldn't play anymore. :( If it would have worked i'd probably be a berserk today.

TKoV - For like a week haha, i just didn't enjoy it there, the organization of the clan was superb though.

Invictus - for a day as an initiate, didn't have that much fun so I decided not to join.

Crusaders of Acre (multiple times) - MY FAVORITE, RIP REINHARDT
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

The Cavaliers (during huey newtons prime) - tried it out for a week but I lost interest in the game and stopped playing for a month... so I just got removed for inactivity I think.

AoW - I think thats what it was still called back then... it ended up disbanding and reformed as Teutonic many months later, now called AoW again. This was the clan I started to show decent talent at the game, with tips and tricks from wesley and holiday, who it turns out were in acre too, but I never in noticed this until they said something.

Holy Guard - Had fun here but I was the only one under 20 basically. It ended up not working out (because of my adolescent bundle of sticksry) but the 6 months I was in it was great fun.

me in HG uniform

I have missed a lot but I can't remember everything.

I also received invites from Fallen and FIDGLB.

Order of the White Stallion My curent clan - Started out as Elder Guard, (I really like the sound of a guard), but changed it to order of the white stallion because it seemed like I was copying holy guard. I really like the default grey with white horse banner that they have. I have a custom clan banner with the stallion now though. It's just me and Luke now, but I don't mind. :)

Coat of Arms - Forward Until Death

Clans I had always had a deep wish to get into but never tried:

Love their individuality and cool builds, they appreciate the war spear as much as I.

I love history, and the Knights Hospitaller. Although they claim not to be historically accurate their banner would have been enough for me.

almost forgot to say I was in Red Lotus for about 2 weeks.

Spring 2011 joined SoA, someone (MeesNL?) was asking on EU1 if anyone wants to join their clan, and I wanted. Was cool clan, but some problems with NA section or whatever, some members left after a few months, others followed quickly -> clan disbanded in August 2011. Anyway cool times, lots of scrims and we won the multi-clan tournament with some other clans. (Best event ever)

Shanks and some others joined CamelScreamers, so I joined them too. Anyway I was very inactive during that time, don't know if they even knew about my existence. When I came back, found about that they were autoblockers, so I left. I guess the clan was disbanding anyway. Also the few times I played with them, there was quite a language barrier.

Soon after that I began to search a new clan. First tried Wolves, but after I posted my application, they decided to close recruitment, because lots of ex-bandits had just joined. I found that a bit odd, since I was applying when it wasn't closed, anyway their loss.

Then applied to Guards in October 2011 I think, got accepted, and have left them only for a day after that. I enjoy the chilled and friendly athmosphere. Size is usually perfect, I can play alone or sometimes with a bunch of great people.

Also special mention to STOP, where my alt used to be in until HammerTime disappeared.

Started playing sometime shortly after they implemented upkeep and such. Don't quite recall how but I ended up joining MB (think it was because we both mostly played siege). I remember always asking for a TS or something as I like communicating and is one of my main incentives for joining a clan but was repeatedly told by a member (don't recall which) that the clan was just IRL friends and that they didn't have a TS or anything like that.

After awhile I left (without really notifying them of it, my bad on that, though to be fair it took you a few weeks to notice as we never communicated) and ended up joining SoA back when they had an NA and EU branch. Similar position here. Joined and didn't speak to a fellow member for what must've been a month or two. Eventually one of them messaged me on steam and got me in TS and they told me this whole time I was supposed to have had a mentor as that's how their organization works and he was supposed to take me under his wing. Apparently my "mentor" slacked off and never even contacted me prior to this lol. Shortly after I left the clan due to two reasons. 1: I got extremely fed up with the EU bias, there was never any events or practice scheduled for NA. We were constantly expected to play and practice on EU servers regardless of the fact that we were NA, got real tired of that real fast. Reason 2 was that I met Deltah in siege one early morning before school and started talking to him. Ended up hopping in TS a few minutes later and the rest is basically history. I can't imagine being in any other clan. These guys are more like friends than they are a clan. We all fit very well, and I think our small member-base is definitely for the best. We're quite odd and very few seem to really fit in well with us.

EDIT: Lol didn't even mention the name of the clan I'm in now that I'm referring to. Dracul. Though like I said it's more like a group of friends than a clan. Pretty sure I spend more time with these dudes than most of my RL friends. Lol. I think we'll still be playing games together long after c-RPG fades away.

1. BRD, PxC
2. I started the Bridgeburners with a bunch of real life friends/family. I'm the only one left in cRPG. Joined PxC because Gorath. Gorath disappeared (anyone know if he's alive- this is a serious question, haven't seen him on steam for more than a year) so PxC sort of fizzled out.
3. The people in FCC became more than a clan to me. I've become dependent on most of old school FCC's company to play anything. Losing those relationships would be like losing RL family, even though we disagree (if you guys only realized how many horrible things FCC have stopped me from doing) on a lot of things. So like family, I'm stuck with them. Most importantly, FCC taught me something (http://www.theodore-roosevelt.com/trsorbonnespeech.html) valuable that I've since applied to my real life. I'm not sure how long it would've taken me to come to this outlook on my own.

Anyone remember the looney toon axe? That's when I played.

So it all started out when my old ass friend Mearso was like "yo deltah come play mount and blade with me" We eventually got into cRPG, and rolled on our own for a while.
Usually would just sit at chokepoints and stab cavalry with bamboo spears.

I was just another dude in a sea of bad shielders.
Back in the day when 1h/shield/polearm/throwing was a viable build. Fun shit.

Always loved the history and mythos behind the Knights Templar. Wanted to be one of them at the time. I wasn't cool enough.

Was on the duel server with my gang one night, and I dueled this Chivalry_Artyemis(or some shit starting with an A at the time) guy. Huge asshole let me tell you. :P
I was almost as bad at the game as I am now. Arty then taught me how to manual block. I got him in teamspeak and we were love at first fight.
Mears and Grimm and whatever other bundle of stickss I had with me stopped playing.
I joined Chivalry. Tried to get Grimm in for a little bit. Didn't work out.

Allers was in the clan so we kind of fucked around and steamrolled everything in our way.

Allers told me to use the Langes Messer. It's been my signature weapon ever since.
I never really talked with Joseph, and he kind of used Artyem as a conduit for controlling his clan anyway.

Chivalry died.

Artyem and Allers were still my Bro's. We grabbed the leftovers of Chivalry, and formed some new clan based on Vlad Tepes and his need to impale people.

We partied for a while, and then grew immensely. Dracul was chillin.
Then A couple of guys, who were up to no good, joined our clan, and started making trouble in the neighborhood. We got in one little fight and Truthfullies got scared, and said "fack my cack deltah im making a new clan". Haven was born. Flame wars ensued. I then discovered that I had a talent for telling people to go fuck themselves in very vivid and imaginative ways. Anyway, they claimed "dracul is a dead clan" and stole most of our members, Allers included.  Haven put up a cRPG server and so we spent every day after school mercilessly breaking their feeble will. Was kind of nice having a definitive enemy that you could hate and then spend the rest of the day murdering.
After a month or two of this, Haven died.

Khmer  and Kale were in our clan sometime around here lol.

Dracul stood victorious. However we did have a kind of dry period for a while.
Twas mostly Artyem and me with random visits from Paperfoil and Jester and the such.
Eventually I was talking to this Larry The Magical Cheetah guy who was in PxC(Phoenix Company). Dude would do a bunch of cool but ultimately silly fake voices until he got to know you.
Him and Vesarius hung out in our TS a lot from that point on and when PxC died, they joined our clan full time.

One morning I was on siege, and I did my usual retarded banter that I'm sure yall have come to know and hate.
I started talking to this SoA Applesauce guy and he was shy at first but now he's pretty cray-cray swagilicious.
He brought a bunch of his real life friends into the clan. Nihlus, Levect, and Cynthera.(Dracul had its first girl omg).

Relit joined us some time around then.
Was the first older guy aside from Vesarius.
We had a blast.

Then we started playing persistent world for a bit. I met this Fashnakvong chick on there and I got myself in a dumbass e-relationship with her. Dracul had two girls for a while. (assuming she was even a girl
in the first place lol)

Sometime around then I brought Hanson/Reykjavik into the fold. Was one of my oldest internet brothers, and is the oldest one from before Dracul that I still care about a lot.
Used to play WarRock and Halo CE with that motherfucker.

Fashnak broke up with me and all my clan did was laugh.
Oh wait, did I mention that I was co-leader with Artyem at this point?

We've had tons of new members, most of them left after a short duration. Every once in a while we would bring back one of the old chivalry or early dracul guys like Montbard but they would leave after a week.

Applesauce's friends all stopped playing cRPG, but they still pop in our TS from time to time for a good orgy.

We picked up that Necrowave guy. Hes got a really small dick but our butts are small so he fit in snugly.

Random_Pizza_Guy joined and he fit in so well its kind of creepy.

Recently we picked up Landscribe, and she is the only member of Dracul that actively plays cRPG.

At this point we are all either really tightly knit or physically connected to each other with umbilical cords or something.

We picked up buttgutts thinking he would be a great addition. Now we often lock him in channels with people we hate as a a cruel and unusual form of punishment that would probably raise an eyebrow with the Geneva convention.

I'm pretty sure that Artyem and I are legally married at this point.

So yeah, that's a Dracul.

1) Buttguts was told to play cRPG by Space Shaq.
2) Buttguts went clanless for about a month then joined RoR(Republic or Rohan)
3) Buttguts received constant verbal abuse and was eventually kicked out of the clan.
4) Buttguts wandered for about two weeks then joined Dracul.
5) Buttguts says that it is slightly better.

Black Tea Bartering Brigade from Oct. 2011 - Jan. 2012.

It was a EU strat clan with a trading theme, mostly Russian players in it officially then because of the time difference I coordinated with a couple NA and Japanese.  We sold strat gold and troops to various factions for cRPG gold, rates initially at 30:1 and for a short period as high as 50:1.  The Russian side became less active so I never really quit, just kept playing strategus actively as a independent trader.

What I learned:  It was fun playing strategus as something other than a war game.  Also never having to worry about upkeep again was nice.

The Free Peasants of Fisdnar from March 2012 - current

Another strategus faction with a theme and it's NA/EU.  I think I initially joined to make transferring items in strategus easier then we ended up with a bunch of fiefs at the end of Strat v.3, so it was easier to stay in one faction.  I like how we play strategus somewhat casually yet always have a goal to work towards.  Also we're small enough to do reply all messages on the forum so it's easy for everyone to keep up with what we're doing and get involved.

First 2 years: ????

Knights of Vale:Bunch of nobodies like me.  I played with them like 4 times and they all disappeared.  Might as well of been alone.  So I left.  I do not speak to any of these guys anymore.

TKoV: Fucked about with these guys for a bit.  Really enjoyed having friends for once.  Then a lot of the "Respected" guys ended up either hating me or muting me in TS.  I was cool with most of the leaders, but my neck was not hairy enough for the rest of them apparently.

Dracul: After claiming I was not a Strat guy and leaving TKoV.  Applesauce put his finger in my butt and I was hooked.  These bunch of nerds suit me well and I enjoy playing with them.  Now I am a leader in Strat commanding strong young men into battle, and my bed chambers

Oh damn, i missed this chapter in my SoA history   thanks Elmuri for the heads up  ... propably because i percepted it as some kind of "still SoA", since it was announced as a merge under name of CamelScreamer but with the core people of SoA being some sort of "non turkish section" haha ... it was really fun times and they where nice guys ; eventually CamelScreamers disbanded , and Shanks and others one day decided to exhume SoA ~
I have to confess, that my memory of past events is propably the worst one of human kind ... perhaps except poor altsheimer people, but possibly not even that .

Fucked around in crpg as a random noob for a year or so. Had 2 mains. My old one became a normal char after they had a change a while back so I could choose who I wanted as a main and I choose Taser as my main who started out as my 2h alt. After 7 gens with Taser I joined up with OoTL. Got along with everyone far as I could tell (I was never in TS and when I was, I didn't have a mic). Stayed with them a while and became an archer since we needed ranged in strat. I had fun with it and was an archer for a few gens.

Then Tank left and OoTL broke up. Members were going everywhere but I went with ryan and some others to TKoV. Went from archer to shielder and then became my current build as shielder/xbow hybrid. In fact, the main reason I use military cleaver and board shield is because of the theme for the clan of rhodoks. It helps that I fucking love the military cleaver. I still like the heavy round shield the best but it doesn't match up to the clan theme as much so I just stayed with board shield. Plus I still never join TS and still don't have a mic. I am the token mute of TKoV.

Some time way too long ago I joined the Templars when I started playing cRPG, my friend Razzen sent an application but had no response so he joined the Fallens, after a while I decided to join Razzen in the Fallen Brigade since we were playing together most of the time.

After a few months we both decided it'd be fun to give it a go to make our own clan, so we did that and that went on for a few years (as Risen/Merciless), eventually it died out because of inactivity, had an outstanding invitation to the Nords which I followed through with a few actives of us. Now I'm a Nord for 1+ year.

-I was a native player and known as a troll in the Turkish community back in 2010-2011.
-Then my whole native clan was invited to play with the "Ravens" in c-RPG which was an odd mod for me.
-I enjoyed the mod and decided to play for a while , due to my age and some arguments between me and clan leaders , i left.
- /I really hate this part/ I decided to join Kapikulu since they were the enemies of Ravens so being with them would be nice I thought.
- Then I warned my leaders with some kind of treason and stuff , they didnt listen to me and kicked me out , then after the treason really "happened" they said sorry and invited me back, and I accepted it like a stupid guy.
-Hanged out with FleetFox for a little while :P
-Later then I left the clan normally and joined Merciless in the last days of it.Improved my English a little there.
-Merciless was dying and everyone was aware of it , I left and joined Barlas by the invite of Bugrahan.
-Some ex-Kapikulus joined Barlas and acted like idiots as always, I left the clan and asked Cicero and Harun to accept me to Bashis , had quite fun there .
-BashiBazouks got disbanded , I stood clanless for a while and joined Byzantium. At first my communication skills in English was in ruins, but by time it got better and better. I like Byzantium and never thinking to leave.

HRE, RoyalKnights, Risen, DenBitre, 22nd, and Wolves

Theese six clans are the ones I was mainly in.
Always followed Friends (Zorro/Atze/Phase/Fuma), never actually decided to join a clan by myself, except HRE.
Joined HRE around October 2010 I guess, mainly because I liked their theme and to play Siege.
Had a good time in there but left to create my own clan with Atze, Zorro, Spartacus and Biohazzard.

So we found Roalknights.
Had a very great time in there until we all joined Risen.

After we revived the Royals for a short time I realised that I was mostly playing with Phase
and he didn't want to stay in Royalknights because of the language barrier, I decided to follow him into DenBitre.

The Bitters were not active enough for me and Phase and I made the decision to join 22nd.
22nd Regiment was great, prolly my best time in cRPG but I went inactive and deleted my chars cuz I got tired of the game
(even tried out Horse Arbalester to experience something special and exciting :D)

After I got back into playing around Jan-Feb 2012 the old Royal mates and me decided to revive the clan for a second time.
Led the clan for quite a while as vassals of 22nd until it died out because of inactivity and some bad decisions at choosing new members.
(I kicked out like 5 members at one point because I was fed up with immaturity and racist slurs in Ts, think I kicked about half of the clan over time.)

After that I went lone wolf, part of the time and Bogumili for a few months.

After some healthy time as part-active lone wolf I realised I switched names and Clans too often just to play with friends and Joined the Wolves with Fuma.

Here I am now, being in a friendly and fun community, playing lone wolf or in Ts, just like I want and having a great time.
Guess I kinda found my home.

Your family is dysfunctional. GF

When i first played cRPG, i remember being helped ingame by a Guard_Amythia (probably, not sure of the name), who looked great in his transitional armor with the Guard's tag.
I decided to follow that player around, helping him by shooting at his opponents when he was duelling.
After a while, decided to apply to the Caravan Guards, on 2010-08-29.

I was rather active then, leveling my archer with a 15 str and full agi, then retiring to get thoses extra free wpf points in archery. 220+ wpf was quite accurate back, and i was quite a decent archer back then. Totally sucked in blocking though.

I remember my first time staying alive till there was only 3 ennemies left, and 3 of us. Killed one. Ran out of arrows, picked up a steel pick since i had... 2 PS and 0 wpf. We lost one. Killed another guy in melee. Then we lost one. And i was finally all alone, against one ennemy. My chance to be recognised by the all community ! I dueled a bit, never got a single hit in, blocking fairly good. Then of course, Fallen_Bazingaaaaa (think it was him) finished me off in one nice sweep.
It was in a unbalanced but fun map, where one team spawned in a green plain, the other in a village. Between the two, a little river. There was a fair amount of roofs you could reach, and some walls surrounding the village. I quite liked that map.

Left cRPG twice, for several months each time, but stayed in the Caravan Guild. It was great to know i could just come back, join TS and cRPG, and start playing.
Still like playing "solo" with some of my characters.

Will stick with the Guards, since our banner looks awesome, and the lads are pretty nice there.

Saw Frumpty playing it during a LAN party and decided to buy MB when it went on sale. Played single player as a plated cavalry tin can with a steel shield (the ultimate crutch). My only vivid memory of my scrub days in cRPG is buying a blue practice shield from the shop at level 2 (thinking it would be good and cover my lack of manual blocking skills), climbing the ladder on siege and coming face to face with a 2h kuyak hero. He kills my shield in one hit and then decapitated me with the next one. Switched to a nodachi 2h (I thought 2h was cool) but was still shit. After 2 weeks I got really frustrated and debated giving up on cRPG. Joined a gay ranged clan called ATTS with Frumpty as a last fuck you to cRPG. I then decided I really liked ranged and started developing my build. After going from shitty to slightly shitty I got involved in strat and wanted to work with a larger group of people. I went through the clan list and couldn't find a clan I really liked the members of. I saw Astralis and really liked the banner (and I had no issues against the clan members). Asked to join and, after a short trial period, was accepted to the clan! Been there for almost a year now.

Applied to be an admin and received a lot of support from my troll friends. Somehow got accepted to the position and here I stand before you today as the worst NA admin and xbow crutch hero.

Started playing cRPG july/august 2010, joined Ninjas early september 2010.

And the reason I am in Ninjas, is because I'm a ninja, so it's only logical.

Yeah.

EDIT: That said, though. I've loved it. Met a bunch of cool dudes, while not being obligated to do much. Though, technically I am the leader 'til Thomek reclaims his throne. or replaces me. We have our active and inactive times. We're a simple clan. We're a clan for people who want to play a ninja, and that's all. When they no longer want that, or want something more, they are always free to leave. And always welcome back.

Started playing March 2011
LL: Left because I wanted to get out of the clan
ATS: Clan disbanded in crpg and became Remnant with others
SEMENstorm: Kicked because I told Roh what everyone actually thinks of him but no one will say to him
FUPA: Clan disbanded and split over to SEMENstorm and Frisia. I am the leader on another cd key
Somalia Spring Break: FCC SCUM
Frisia: Current clan
DONKEY CLAN: DONKEY CLAN on my other cd key is current clan

There are probably more but it was just to use a banner and armory while I was looking for a bunch of nerds that wanted to play internet games and yell at each other for being raging nerds and not being good at a video game.

Started playing the mod only when I had the chance to kidnap Unreal's computer, back in the beginning, irc:// golden age.

Later got my own copy as a present, and stood clanless while experimenting classes and builds around, playing very sporadically.

Some time after I decided to give the game a real go and participate in strategus, and after searching a bit I noticed Mercs were a strong force in that area, and decided to take my chances there.
After a long while I decided to leave, because reasons, and wanted to play alongside with my real life friend, Unreal. And so I joined VRN. Best thing I ever did, made lot's of jolly good friends, and with the later fusion with the Sea Raiders, we became a big happy family under the banner of The Nordmen.

So far, there have been no reasons at all to leave this happy group, even with all the inactivity in this mod.

I started playing the mod in november 2011. I created my clan "the Karluks" with some friends.I left there a couple of weeks later cuz it was a shitty organization.

Then I joined Eurabian Sultanate that was led by Kareem.I had my fun there but they didn't play strategus so i decided to leave.

and I became a Kapikulu.had some cool friends there.after a year i left due to a personal issue. İ was frustrated. I wanted to join mercs and I even went their ts , changed my tag to mercA , played there for a day. They were all very kind to me :).but my frustration wasn't gone and I quit the game without saying anything to muffin. It was very rude :D.so When I came back I couldn't go back there and returned home.

since then I've been a Kapikulu and don't think to ever leave .

Joined Templars somewhen during strat 1 after a RL friend of mine went there and asked me to join aswell. Once strat was gone i left the game for ~1 year and gave the game a try again after watching Last Samurai -> Templars did not approve of me using japanese gear , so i left them and played alone some weeks until muff recruited me to Mercs.
Went through MercA, became MercA trainer, leader, and got insanely bored of cprg this year when the weather became nice once again and basicly left it until tony managed to get me interested once again (some weeks ago^^)

ps. : What happened to my beloved eu4 or melee only server  :(

Wanted to join RS, never got noticed.  Probably got thrown under the blanket statement "fuck archers."  In a blind rage I joined BRD instead.

It's funny because Kalam also admired those guys, and when they became CHAOS we worked so hard to try to suck up to our 'big brother' during strat 2.  To this day, it still doesn't feel like we've ever gotten along all that well.  Always that period of feel-good-feelies in the summer with Huey Newton, then once strat starts up it becomes cold war.

Oh the history...

-I started out in Chevaliers last summer.
-I'm currently still with them and don't plan to leave anytime soon.
-Later on in our history we ended up pledging our allegiance to the great Arrowaine and got assimilated into the Borg Collective.

All in all... I've seen enough things come and go to enjoy the group of people I've gotten to know.

Started out when BeatrixKiddo was the scariest thing on the battlefield and Nk_Coldhart was the best archer in (NA) crpg.

-Searaiders: joined because I liked the nordic theme and always played Nords on SP native. Left because, well, I'm not european.

-ATS: was noticed by Goretooth, and later Gash invited me to vent so we could play our assassin characters together. I really do miss ATS, some of the best players in the game at the time, and a lot of neat people came through that ventrilo. A good percentage of the old NA crpg crowd probably applied to ATS at some point, or at least thought about it.

-JABONRA/SEMENstorm: I took a break from crpg for about a year, came back and ATS had disbanded (fucking Noodles) and most of the people I like went to Dan's not giving a fuck clan JABONRA which loom shared/banner stacked with SEMENstorm. Once again, lots of good times in SEMENstorm vent were had, and I still pop in there every once in awhile.  :D

-FUPA: Was my try at being srs bsns with strategus. We took a few villages, but never made any major waves. I did end up in the FRISIAN bundle of sticksS team speak, however, and they're some cool dudes.

-REALM OF THE GOBBLIN KING: Rubes and Daruvian came to me in the early stages of this gay operation, and since I was doing nothing but sitting in a desert town sucking my own dick, I decided to join in. Best decision yet.

Was introduced by a RL friend Bothersome_Aldryk, who invited me to hang out with RS (Remnants of Stratia), bunch of cool fellas there. Tried everything under the sun for builds, ended up making a billion alts (Back in the day Kalam made fun of me for having over 50)... A lot of them died horrible deaths much later on when we temporarily had the ability to cannibalize characters for the main's XP. Settled on a warbow 10PD build and experimented from there, using it for long range and a hefty PS Miaodao for close in work, happy as could be I spent my life hunting archers and especially horses, keeping a tally.

As Aldryk drifted away from c-RPG I drifted away from RS, though I still hung out with a few such as Athenian (or whatever the hell his name was), Mike, and a few others, as well as the regular guests like Air (Miss him and his unforgettable tricks such as the port assault and his floating airborn crossbow horse, or our peasant duels).

Then one day I received this:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

To this date the only Fallen member to have been personally invited by our founding Captain, and there is a small amount of pride, as silly as that may be as this is a game... But it still feels like a nice small glow.

This was well back when I acted on the forums and in-game like how I acted on Teamspeak (sane), hence his mention of "maturity" and all that... Well before I got bored on the forums (and later on in-game chat even)... Back before the game became so boring for me that the forums became more entertaining and I acted insane. *shrugs* Still, Aldryk was amused, and so was the entire Fallen Brigade, on how many people take me seriously, so it's all worth it... Or was...

I was a part of a few other clans at the same time, "Incognito" for various reasons, Acre, and LLJK to name a few, and was a regular to a lot of other clan teamspeaks, favorites being Unicorns and Caravan Guards (Had a lot of fun there). Made a lot of great friends, and that is why I played c-RPG due to the community, players and devs and all...

Years passed, I was pretty happy, but due to several specific events (I think Curtis and Blackberry especially heard the full story, though honestly I love the entire Fallen Brigade, not a single clan even comes close besides the black Company  )  I left the Fallen Brigade, though I sworn I never would, and joined my NA Brothers in arms in the Black Company... But was more of a ghost, appeared for a month, carved up people crutching on a post-30 build with 70-ish body armor and more agi then most NA... And of course the hilarious autoblocking shields... Then remembered why I left c-RPG in the first place...

So here I am, a member of the Black Company, still checking here for old-times sake, playing when my c-RPG buddies are online but mostly absent as solo is no longer interesting. I guess I'm not much of a clan-hopper. Now excuse me while I go back to my new game and its community, fresh and full of new vitriol, proper trolling, and no idiotic strategus with associated idiotic grudges, and grade-A craziness.

Best of wishes to the Fallen Brigade, may the Scorpion, however tattered, fly high and proud. I've learned a lot from, and the comradery was a wonderful experience, I'd have to recommend them for any EU looking for a clan, especially anyone Finish

TL;DR version:
Blame Aldryk for my presence, I am his greatest troll, his greatest prank, upon this community.

First I made a troll clan with a RL friend, POLLY with the bird banner.

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Then I got bored with my heavy armor and axe because I found it really OP. No one could block back then. After that I made Ninjas after seeing Shinobi improvise the outfit we use today, and very quickly made it clear that our mission was to cut down on archers. (Which was ridiculously OP back then.)

I'm still not bored of being a Ninja, although it is frustrating at times! Being a Ninja just has the right mix of danger, power, thinking and speedy fights. Backstabbing archers still gives me great pleasure, although less than before, as they are less OP.

Never learned Khorin's epic group fighting skills.

1.  Started like 3 years back with xKhanx. We were the only clan tough enough to put x's before and after our tags. We were a purple wave of ineptitude, I loved it.
After a few months of computer trouble I returned to discover that our clan had bloomed into the majestic flower that is now HoC. No longer did we wear the stock purple banner with yellow bear. We were a newer, sleeker, greener, and more "teamwork" oriented kind of inept. Eventually I made my way up in the clan and donned the mascot tag, such is the gift of absolute power.

2.  I had threatened to leave the hounds only but once. There was a massive influx of 13 year old recruits one summer, the electronic "music" and nasal voices were just too much.
This was resolved, and I believe said recruits joined FCC. (nasal voices, surprise!)

3.  I remain in HoC to this day because they provide me with the perfect balance of male companionship, ingame teamwork, helpful insight, and the playful racism on which I feed.

1. I've been a Unicorn before I even owned the game. The Unicorns are an old CS 1.6 cs_assault community called Forbidden Donut. Bramd, Kilgore, Sir_DanielBytes, and Governor are people I have known for many years. Governor, Bramd, and I have been playing random shit together for almost a decade now. Because of this I will never leave the Unicorns even if I am the last one (current situation). The Legend of our clan coming into existence was Gov, Bramd, Kilgore, and Elize wanted to pick the gayest clan they could think of and saw the unicorn banner. For some drunken reason they thought doing Corns_ was a good idea, I changed that because people thought we were a vegetable clan.

2. When Strat 2.0 rolled out we went on a mission to find a larger active group to join up with. The only parties interested in us newbies were Acre and the FCC, so we chose the FCC. Blackrose, Hospitaller, Chaos, Occitan, ATS, and a few more rejected us. The Unicorns became an archer squad, except for Bramd who was the lone axe/pikeman to protect us, and eventually we built up a fearsome reputation of 24 strength Longbow Users of Death. In my opinion the two best NA archer's were Governor and sWalker.

3. Strat 3.0 pretty much made the FCC quit and it was because of two reasons; Game Mechanics or Admin Intervention. Governor and Elyze (Sir_danielbytes) quit forever so I now keep their looms safe in my inventory as memorabilia, never for trade and rarely used unfortunately.

4. During strat 4.0 I officially became the Leader of the Unicorns and my first action as leader was retiring the Unicorns from strat, letting all members freely chose who they work for or what they do. They all kept their tags, but they are now split between being in the FCC or being in my strat faction. I created my ninja faction as a way to keep myself entertained and for the freedom of doing whatever I wanted without having to answer to Big Brother (FCC). Sometimes I help the FCC, sometimes I ignore the them, and sometimes I even fight against them, but I'll probably always stay on the c-rpg side of the fcc because I've made a lot of good friends here. They kind of need me anyway, a lot of them have trouble with politely expressing their viewpoints on the diplomacy forums. :)

Started out when BeatrixKiddo was the scariest thing on the battlefield and Nk_Coldhart was the best archer in (NA) crpg.

Daddynasty WAS BETTER. Don't really remember, lol. There were so many scary archers back then, mostly from Northern Republic. I wanna say Coldhart was the best sniper, Daddnasty was the scariest machinegunner. All this makes me wonder what games the people who disappeared play now.

I've been to several clans since I'm not loyal enough to stay forever and ever in the same place.

First one was 22nd. Phyrex got me into the game and it was only natural that I'd join his clan. I left 6 months later for Nordmen, as 22nd was dying and I didn't really like som  of the new members during that time.

I was in Nords for a year and I had a superduper great time at Nordmen, and I still miss the guys there and a part of me wish I'd be a Nord still. However, I had to go on, since I still enjoyed playing the game and Nordmen was dying and no one played cRPG anymore.

So I ended up in Byzantium, which is an awesome clan but for one swede, called Kenda. I left briefly for the newly formed Kalmarunionen but I missed all the my old friendzantiums too damn much so I had to go back. Byzantium are still pretty active so it's a good clan to join if you enjoy hanging out with nerds on ts 8-)

Started as 3rd in MM. We then moved into cRPG. I was know as Churchill untill cRPG came. xKhanx soon disbanded and everyone went to HoC or elsewere. I went to Hospitaller. They decided my name was gay and I needed to change it. So Devastater said that I was like Gomer Pyle from Full Metal Jacket so I was forever know as Gomer. Soon after me and Sup3r started fighting because he is the biggest internet clutching fake hillbilly raciest try hard shit bag loom clutching dick. He then cried to Devastater either I leave or he does and Devester decided that he wanted to keep the guy with 60 looms over the (at the time) little Gen 3. So after that I was no clan for a long time. I hung out in astralis and helped Valdian get his clan started and such. Then I left for about 6months and came back and joined GOW soon after I was challanging one of em to a duel and the asshole beat me twice and wouldn't let me change my build to match his spam. So I called him out and then he banned me. Then I joined FAP clan, then we all got banned for fapping. Now I reside in Blue Fang solution TS with my homies. If you need a server HMU .50 USD a slot up to $100 after that its a solid $50 for 200 Slots. Anyway Thinking of making my own clan but then again I will be perma banned soon so.

BTW: If I missed my experience in you'r clan in my story it's because I forgot I was in you'r clan. I've been banned from many.

I started playing since August of 2012, a little over a year ago. About two months in, I joined HoC when they were massive, although not great in quality. Not until 2 or 3 months after did I really start to connect with both my clan and the game itself. The clan has been close to splitting up multiple times but HoC remains to be one big, retarded family. We're still around and puttin', and we've actually grown to be one of the better NA clans in-game (laugh all you want.)

Bonesaw, Smegmar, Warborn, Dazed, Jeade, Nick, Gallonigher, Jona, Redgar, my IRL friends - Largos and Forsvar & the rest of the whole game make this game enjoyable.

My first clan in CRPG was Dracul. They found me on the DTV server having a great time and decided to join me in killing bots. Due to a petty argument with Artyem I left the clan and joined Norse Horde, which was relatively new to the scene and already universally hated by the NA community because of Diggles.

I had a great time in NH and miss it fondly. When Diggles left CRPG, he retired the name of the clan, so the veterans of NH reformed the clan into Ravens of Valhalla (tag: Raven_). I am currently the strat leader for the clan and run the day to day operations involved with strat diplomacy and strategy. I have great respect for the Raven members and appreciate their support and trust that they have shown me.

PS: To this day, I still hang out with the Dracul guys. I may have left on a bad note a long time ago but they are a great bunch of guys (and celinthe but lets not talk about that dumb b...)

Heroin of all people recruited me to ats, back when I was still using peasant puns as names each gen. ended up being a screaming mad nerd with grey and calmir, good times were had for quite some time, cool people came and went. blah blah strat drama blah blah noodles remnants blah blah ats leadership. jumped ship with the leftovers and now we are just a bunch of nerds running around.

joined CoR (court of reveran) native clan in my first week of playing native, mainly because my name was Corsair831 so i could start using CoR_Sair831 (thus the reason all the native players call me Sair) :P

joined cRPG because of guys i knew from native, mahud and gurnisson, to their clan nordmen, played there for a year or so but they were a bit quiet on the ts3.

with that in mind i joined byzantium teamspeak (whilst still in nordmen), in a massive rage to shout "fuck you chase SADFASDAFSADF" (i was so mad), and they were pretty cool guys so i stuck around. been byzantium ever since :)

Oh god I shall start
First I was a young unexperienced sF_Leonidas (staehlerne Faust(german native clan)) but I got kicked out because of playing to much of donkey's crpg
There I joined the Ninjas because I was a 2h weaboo fanatic when I was dumb
Then I founded the Royalknights with some former sF friends
but our clan split and we were joining risen
then I joined the 22nd guys afterwards but didn't stay there for long now I was looking for a new clan and found some small clans hop dop leave join leave
but finally found the Mercs there I was for a few months I think but then left them because Royalknights reformed
That was a total fail and most of them left crpg, so there was only me left so I started to look for some decent clans and found the Stromgarde guys (which I helped founding with Uther)
Then I had to leave him because I got pregnant or I don't know why and I joined the Byzanti guys and afterwards the Nords not really long both clans
Then afterwards I was sick of that clan shit and found Quacklaw which held for two months and then I finally joined the Wolves and I'm still in here and yea a quacking dolve is now hopping around

But who knows, one day the Phalangites might come once again return to spread yellowness to Calradia...

you forgot our great times with crusaders a year or more a ago..

Started as an NA2 siege rat.

Invited to join/squire in SoA, then an NA/EU faction. Never really joined ts, but enjoyed playing with Talis and others.

Talis and I decide to leave due to the Nephenee/Tetris weirdness. We play as free agents for awhile, Talis disappears from mod/steam.

Friend Ufthak and I reluctantly join Miley's faction, the Kingdom of Canaan, wanting to join CHAOS instead; we were both impressed by folk like Dexxtaa, Leman Russ, Marcus Aurelius from their appearances on siege. Dexx invited Ufthak to come hang in TS, and Karma invited me to hang with the late-night/no life crew. We wound up leaving Canaan pretty quickly after that.

Thinking back, I wanted to join this green-banner group before I even joined SoA, I was just too intimidated to try, haha. Been here ever since, with varying levels of activity (all time low nowadays), and enjoy playing cRPG and other games with this group of folk.

Damn... you're fresh fish, huh? And you had more looms than I did when we first met... haha.

Anyways, I've been around since 2010 and made it to level 30 in my first 2 years of playing siege. Then in august of 2012 I created an alt and was a dtv hero for far too long when in october HoC came and dragged me out into the realm of PvP where I was surprisingly good after all that practicing in dtv. The old 2010-2012 Jona who could barely block was gone and I entered a new age where the game was actually fun since I had finally passed the skill threshold where you go from getting your butt whooped all the time to being a vital member of your team.

Been having a blast with HoC and all the above members Bernie listed ever since (although he left out our favorite vegan).
