Sorry do not want to be impatient, but It has been 7-days now (was around this time as well). I would not have made this thread if it was not for the coming strategus battle (about 2 hours) that I would love to participate in. I would really appriciate it if an admin could unban and would really be thankfull.

Oh the poor little children, all they wanted to do was "joke" around and have fun by being massive trolls. Who could possibly have foreseen this would happen? Fuck you and your group of retarded friends, I hope you all get the permaban you so avidly went looking for. You only made those characters as racist caricatures, and to continuously troll and disrupt servers, because it's funny to your 10 year old minds I guess. I can't believe you pieces of shit actually have the nerve to come on forums and whine about being banned for it. You're just lucky the "no racism" rule is randomely and crappily enforced.

The mods can check the log. I have not said anything racist. If any of the other guys did then yes they deserve a ban, with is actually we agreed when talking later about it on TS. Also I had fun and if I know I would have gotten the 7-day ban for it I would have still done it. I however did do nothing wrong. My character was called pimp and was black. stereotypical maybe, not racist. If I would make a dumb person I would make a stereotype as well and most likely make him blond and he would be a her!.

In fact your post is worse then what we did. You decide, without prove, to insult a group of players. Call them racist, useing swearing words and insult them. I admit we had some people who had a to big of a mouth and they got warned on vent for doing it. Again however I did not do anything wrong. I just had a stereotypical character and the same name as some people who had a to big of a mouth.

Second of all we played rather normally. The only trolling we did was getting some of our guys of the other side in our group and walk with them to make them blend in and let the rest look around for only a minute for the last of the enemy. I though it was funny and from the responce most folks did not minded that. Sorry if your have no sense of humour. We should not have defended our selves from the constant horse bumbing I agree and for that some of us might have deserved a ban as well. While I did not do it I accept mistakes could be made, but a 7-day ban from simply that? That in my opinion is simply to long.

Also like to add that I have reported your post. It's offensive, presumptuous and unfounded. You accuse us of these things without proof and then do the same. Shame on you!

PS: You are more then welcome to join our TS and have a chat with us. This way you actually know what your talking about and get a proper opinion about us.

I hope my unban request can be reconsiderd now? I have been unbanned for 4 days now and that seems to me long enough for what I have been accused for. Also considering I have never ever seen any logs of warning I appeared to have recieved even though logs have been pulled up for other things that happend that day.

Again if I did happen to have done something wrong then it was not on purpose. I never even before recieved as much as a warning or a kick in C-rpg (well any game at all...). So would love if the 7-day ban would be reconsidered.

Nuffen has the bunch of idiots wrapped around his pinky. I've never asked anyone to support me, I've only ever argued against what I considered unjust bans and decision making, this eventually changed into questioning the character of the admin who does such things so frequently, as is why I'm proving character evidence from his own posts. Questioning the motives of the foolishly blinds support of such a character is also something worth considering.

What I hate is everyone yelling for proof, but that even nore the dev's seems to be trowing dirt at us and everyone just accepts it. Hell Nuffen even accused me of BSing to cover my tracks or act like I did not do anything. I am somewhat ok with him banning me without proof, but coming on the forums and claim that I am laying? Some proof would be appriciated.

edit: That is the problem with this system. Thread like these. People just start taking side (even sure people who never been on the EU official server will vote based on how they like Nuffen as a player) and trow dirt. The voting should be done without debate. People either like him as admin or not. If there is clear proof of an admin abusing then I am sure he be remove anyway by the dev team.

If I see one more incident of you guys wounding teamplayers to make them teamkill you and then shout "BAN" it'll be your last time on the server, I can guarantee you that.

1. It was not at spawn, you were all in the small boat on the other side of the big boat. What I saw was tons of pimps teamwounding him, and him teamwounding pimps. I could ofc have banned all of you back then, but that would have been too harsh, so I choose to warn you all. He then stopped the teamwounding, when the pimps didnt, two of them received a ban later on.

Wait you banned me for doing something a map back? I did not do this and I am sure of this, also seems rather bad pratice to wait what? 10 minutes before actually banning the offenders? Hell I only joined later on this map coming back from being AFK and the only teamhitting I have personally seen pimps doing was to a chick (and to themselves) at the big boat. And yes we all agree that a ban for them who did this would have been fair (but 7-days really?). Also why was I banned for teamkilling? This a serious question, was this simply laziness, typo, what?

But offcourse your an admin and can not be wrong  I must be BS'ing because I am hiding the fact that I did something wrong. I mean an admin would not do such a thing. I would love to see the warnings I have recieved or the teamkills I have done.

As for myself, i'm still reading the thread (17 pages, daum), but i'm still missing solid proof where Nuffen abused his admin rights. A lot of people complaining, but not so much as a single piece of solid proof? Sounds strange to me.

There is no real need for proof. It's also rather hard to have. If admin is not doing his job good enough most people will know about it and vote against him. If he is doing something right then people will vote against him.

From what I gather poeple have a problem with him because of many smaller incidents and not because he is actively trolling certain groups (This should be easily proofable) or abusing his admin power to make his team winning. They just believe he lacks the capabilityto properly judge the situations and that is hard to actually proof by having a screenshot or movie, unless you have fraps on 24/7.

I am not sure if nuffen is the problem or because of the lack of clear guidelines. In my case I got banned for teamhitting for 7-days, that is simply WAY to long especially considerings this did not happen, but that is, I assume, because he mixed me up with someone else (we where all named the same). Someone else who was annoyed by us even stated a 7-day ban is to long. I think the admins have to much "power" regarding this, they can just give you a ban for something minor for however long they want depending on there mood or what they think of you.

I would not even have blamed Nuffen if I got banned for one day. I would have written it off to a mix-up or that I simply by accident teamhitted someone at the wrong time. There was a lot of teamhitting going on from everyone including some of us so understandable that a admin would get tired of it and ban people he sees teamhitting for a day. While still annoying I would have understood it.

All the pimps were doing the other day was teamwounding and teamkilling and creating a problem on the server!!
in my mind they deserve to be banned for a day each but i think a week is abit too long

Oh and most of us agree with that (although the teamhitting begane after we where being teamhit/killed constantly), but the problem is he banned the two players who hardly did anything. speaking for myself I did nothing against anyone, hell even not against my enemy and I was trying!

I was PIMP13 and not BL_aaron that was Ujin and you did ban me unfairly. I never recieved a warning from you nor was I online the whole time. I really think you confused me with one of the other pimp characters (or you lying, but I think a mixup makes more sense). I mean I might have hit someone when you banned me (doubt so though), but this has never happend on purpose nor will it ever happen. Shamefully I am unable to proof that I did not teamhit anyone or did anything else wrong. I just do not understand why the ban has to last 7-days? Seems rather harse even if I did teamhit someone.

I kicked away someone who was hitting a archers. Might have resulted in a kick at most if a admin wanted to be strick, but however you wanna make it look a 7-day ban is to much. This was also way before ban.

I apologise, I thought you were the other pimp who was banned, as I only banned two persons that day. I have done nothing against you, and I have no idea why you wanted me to warn against something, as you were not muted, kicked or banned. Whats this all about?

Then you should still stop bullshitting as I did do nothing either. In fact I was gone most of the time we where playing (just came back to the PC for a few rounds) as pimps and only spoke twice and NEVER hit any teammate (on purpose. In the thick of battle it might have happend). I REALLY believe you banned the wrong pimp here (We agreed on vent that a 1-day ban on some of the pimps might have been somewhat fair, but no-one understood why I have been banned and even for 7-days).

Just check the logs and I am sure you see I did not teamkill anyone (The reason stated I was banned, but that might have just been admin lazyness) or even got a warning from you personally. If you did then you could post them here, but I am sure I never got a warning because the only teamhit I did was stopping a pimp kicking someone who was not part of the pimps.

Btw, i don't care if you lose or keep your admin power, i almost have never have to do something with any admin (i don't grief and i go away from grieffer), but we should vote for more admin not for less.

Niether did I untill yesterday (having to do something with a admin). I mean I admit I might have hit a teammate at a unfortunate moment (if I did. I really do not recall, but I was fighting normally so it could happen in the heat of battle). I might have accepted a 1 day ban without any problems because of the ongoing situation (A lot of teammate hitting occured both to defend and griefers). He however decided to ban me 7 days just like that.

I have never in this game (or any game in-fact) recieve a warning personally for misbahaving and now out of the blue I am banned for 7 days for what he is calling teamhitting (in-game reason was teamkilling, but that might just be an admin being lazy). Hell the only teamhit I did while playing that character was me kicking one of the fellow guildies because he was kicking a random person (WAAYYYYY before ban!).

This to me is a bad way to administrate. It might also be because of the lack of clear guidlines I really do not know. He might be a good admin, this is the only time I had anything to do with him and it was a bad experience that simply was not right. That is why I dislike the two threads he made. People should base there opinion on there expirience with the admin, not because of what your or mine opinions are.

I really do not care either way if he stays or not. I assume if the majority of people vote for him to stay he must not be a to bad of an admin and that I just had a unlucky expirience with him. That is why I find this an interesting system.
