Also, this fellow Aderyn is a decent player. I've played with and against him for some time on EU servers. He's not any worse "delayer" than average EU archer. I know far worse examples.

On EU we have archers who don't even carry melee weapons (not even 0 slot hammer). They run away until admin tells them to stop. But admin is wrong because enemy should stop and wait for flags, not trying to catch an archer like headless chickens.

I've witnessed when cmp said something about this subject, how admins shouldn't kick ranged players because it seems that they are delaying. They can't delay if you play smart and wait for flags to spawn.

When its 11-1 or more hes got no chance yet still kites for 1-3 minutes more.

If he wants to run around and kite when its 2 or 3 left and they arent all rocking huscarls or steel shields, by all means he stands a good chance of winning that.  But barring a massive sudden TK spree he is not going to win any more than a 5v1 even if he is very lucky and none of them have shields.  Hes just delaying the inevitable and pissing everyone off.

Hobb fighting 2 v 10 and killing 8 noobs who weren't even swinging at him properly is not the same. People like Hobb and were messing with him, at least some of them.

Most people hate Aderyn when he delays and they aren't going to dick around. They're either going to chase him and do their best to render him incapable of running or shooting, or hide until MotF comes up.

If I have to chase a kiting opponent for minutes on end, I'd rather just hide and wait for flags. I think there needs to be a line drawn when someone is just running away and making 0 progress, though (this includes melee, too).

There was. Now if you are last alive and you aren't actively shooting at someone or they are in cover and you can't hit them, running away is considered delaying.
