Title: A story of Deception and Desert
Post by: BattalGazi on November 28, 2011, 08:36:27 pm
I'm not writing this in a tone of aggression or favoring, this is just a summary of what has been done in the desert region. From all we have been through, I believe we, Kapikulu, at least has the right to let everyone know about it. I'm pretty sure that this topic will be massively trolled by some people of whom you know very well, and I totally would like them to do it as they will bump this for free and eventually more people will know this. Thanks in advance.

Ok, the initial plan in the desert was to form an alliance with us ( TheTurks ) , Byzantines , HRE, Fallen, Wolves and Templars to work together against the evil of the rest of other coalitions. And we did too. Every clan in this agreed on an alliance and held multiple meetings to discuss further plans.

It was going pretty good up to some point.

Then for some reason Byzantines deserted the desert and stopped playing strategus, I blame Skyrim for this.

After Byzantines left, an alliance agreement between us and Wolves & Templars are replenished to recover the lately lost power in the east block.

Then we learned that our dearest friends in Bashibazouks decided to attack as they have promised once. Even they have been raging against us, cursing, insulting, at least they kept their promises, this is one important thing. When they were at our doors, we summoned our allies help to the region. As promised once, due to alliance agreement; HRE, Wolves and Templars sent their supporting armies for reinforcement against the Bashibazouk battle.

The picture was looking bright for us as with the supporting armies of 3000 men, we could win over Bashi. But, unfortunately Wolves and Templars decided to desert their oath in their alliance and we were deceived. Currently their supporting armies are attacking us along with Bashi.

All in all, I have to admit that it was a good game played by Wolves & Templars, in behalf of Kapikulu I congratulate them. No matter how they feel sorry about this, I have to let people know about this. Because this is the only way we could do as our last response to what has been done.

We are still with our allies, we shall not deceive them. Although it is certain that this stand will lead us to our total elimination, we are happy to lose this turn by still keeping our oaths and promises we made. We die with honor !

Edit: Last Minute Addition: Yea I'm sorry to be the bad guy but this thread needs to have this information too.

After the betrayal, I was offered to stay in the region without any fiefs for some time, while Wolves&Templars were busy with destroying HRE & Fallen. And we recruiting troops in castles to support them while all this was happening to our only loyal allies. Eventually we might be offered a fief in the lands of the destroyed HRE. So a request for betraying our loyal allies and being loyal to our betrayers.

Sorry being like this, but community has to know.

I feel a bit bad for you guys but kinda reap what you've sown. We've neither had the best experience with the Byzantine.

^^ To the Byzantine for dragging us into non-aggression bs  We had an extremely fun war going on in the Desert in the beginning, which I believe both sides enjoyed. They then arrange talks to forge a Peace Agreement (and alliance) between everyone in the Desert, without consulting us prior to instigating the discussion. Then quit Strat later. Good job. (We never joined anything, strict Independence, still are, as can be read above).

Actually my point was to harass Wolves - Templars  :) Byzantines just deserted, not back-stabbed. But still, ye, sad situation is sad ...

While I'm glad that we didn't make the mistake of getting mixed up with you guys, I must say I'm surprised to see both Wolves and Templars sink this low. If you weren't serious about joining their alliance, you should have just kept the war going. This is a real bitch move.

And the funny thing is that just yesterday kinngrimm was asking us for a NAP, apparently worried that we would backstab them while they were fighting -- ostensibly against Bashi-Bazouks. Some joke! Why would we expect you to honor that agreement any better than you have this other one?

Trying to get factions to swap sides in wars is pretty risky business. I feel sorry that it did not work out for fallen and FCC this time. Such a shame. To bad you picked the wrong side to start with Battlegasi.

2 weeks ago one of kapıkulu officer said :
"Come to mawiti we will face with you ! Only kapıkulu will fight against you ! TRAITORS TO MOTHERLAND!!!"
then we came to habba, you run away =)
The picture is different which u dont want to see , u cried for help against us and u failed cos noone likes you or wants you.I think byzantium understand that its not wise to make alliance with you maybe =)

Let me clear that for you , 2000 bashibazouks waiting at tamnuh to reinforce us =) so the picture means for you :

You tried to get in on the saturday morning gangbang with the other 4 armies involved in trying to knock us off the map in one day. Once we released Superior Goon Tactics™ and went 3-0, your armry trucked off across the map to get away from us. So yeah, no.

e: You never tried again, so sorry.

I thought our army was destroyed but maybe im wrong, and yes after that ter would have been little point attacking you again.

Anyway, we have been working with hospitallers since the last strategus and our support of them has not stopped. I at no point have ever said that we would support a war against them and the Council never agreed to enter an alliance with Kapikulu, HRE or the accursed Fallen brigade.

The only thing i agreed upon was an end to hostilities with the nords and both parties have stuck to that arrangement.

So far, but all this damage control isn't doing you any favors. While the deals you guys made with the others don't concern us, we nevertheless heard you make them, and when you keep lying like this, I have to wonder how you can seriously expect us to trust you on anything. At least kinngrimm had the guts to admit that you'd pulled a total flim-flam. Based on the justifications/excuses he gave, as far as we know you still consider our lands Pecores territory.

As I said Okin i've agreed to nothing but that, the one meeting i was at with fallen this coalition i was willing to negotiate with them but as our system of leadership doesnt allow for easy desisions its quite hard for me to say much.

therefore if people want an official, binding agreement all they need to do is ask and i can see it done.

Also you language is threatening and that saddens me.

Anyway think what you will i wont be able to change that, i've had little to do with this due to real life circumstance and i don't fully understand the depths of what has gone on. As ever if i get a castle to have feasts in i'm happy.

Dude, it is pretty obvious: all HRE, Wolves and Templars were our allies. They sent us support troops. However, Wolves and Templars betrayed us and the alliance and attacked us with their so called "support" armies. Then they asked to betray HRE, who is the only clan that we are still ally to and loyal to. Pretty clear.

Hmm my knowledge of all the diplomacy in Strategus is sadly lacking even though I do ask.

All i know is that everyone who has been an enemy, will probably be your enemy forever. Anyone who isnt a friend could become a friend or enemy, but if you suspect them as an enemy KILL THEM ALL!!!

Helpful advice? probably not but i had to type something and its better than my last attempt

I guess you are trying to play with words here but it is obvious that we never decieved anyone so far.
We were allies with Byzntines, HRE, Wolves and Templars and agreed to fight against western clans and here is a list what happened:
* Byzantines deserted us and quit playing strategus. They all started to play Skyrim instead.
* HRE and Fallen is still our allies, the only loyal guys so far.
* Wolves and Templars deceived us including HRE and Fallen too. They sent us support armies which then turned into attack armies who are currently attacking our fiefs. They also asked us to betray HRE but we refused.
* Never had any deals with DRZ except their free trade zones.

So give up your word plays and embrace the truth. You ( Wolves and Templars ) played a real good game by being double sided. You ( Wolves and Templars ) betrayed Kapikulu, HRE and Fallen. You won over us, but now community shall remember you as the least trustworthy clans in the game.

And i though we was friendly neighbours.
What did we ever do to u Kapikuku to deserve this. How could u ask us to stay at our village, which we provided for u and byzantium, and plan against us?
This is so low. I don't think memory of this will ever stop hurting me.

Coming from the voice of experience here, it usually doesn't work that way, especially when you're sort of playing the same game as your enemies.

Well Templars and Wolves switched to the side where there are more opportunities. They don't need to fight against the odds anymore, they don't need to worry about the defenders will be double of their roster. All you have to do is cheat a little lie a little, so you can live happy. Aaaah That reminds me,

"Fight, and you may die.  Run, and you'll live -- at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days, from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take... our FREEDOM!" Battlegasi from my narrow minded observations you were the ones (Kapikulu and Byzantium) who had a trade agreement with DRZ and were from the get go on strategus trying to wipe them out ..... hmm sounds like you got busted too my friend. It hurts betrayal doesn't it, next strategus do not ask people for rights and understanding if you, yourself are not clean as a whistle.

Also HRE, Fallen and FCC have personally tried to get me to swap sides on two seperate strategus multiple times. Long story short, the liars and cheaters got what they deserved.

I am sad that you were caught in the middle of this but you were also playing DRZ like a fiddle.

Let me end this  post with one simple phrase, OH NO MY POTATOES!!!!!!!

You are so spineless, it hurts. When you are getting wiped from strategus, you lie as well mate and make up tales of absolute nonsense. Don't give me the middle finger when you don't even have legs to stand on.

I guess you are trying to play with words here but it is obvious that we never decieved anyone so far.
Why again wasn't that alliance which not even had a name, why wasn't it made public? Oh let me check ah for the reason that others wont know that we supposidly worked together. In my book that comes pretty close to a deception.

We were allies with Byzntines, HRE, Wolves and Templars and agreed to fight against western clans and here is a list what happened:

nope you weren't. You were allied with Byzantium/Fallen/HRE/GK even before the peace talks in the desert ask Ujin, he should still remember our talks were i told him my plans to go to the desert at NA/EU map release, at start of strat3.0 and then when he later claimed that in the meantime that he totally forgot about me telling him, till he then remembered again and ooops there where the claims released, claims including all of the desert, with you knowing we would be there with you knowing of our plans. If Ujiin didn't tell you then this is actual a plus for Ujiin, but as far what was told from a former contract partner out of last strat i know of another leader who talked about what i was going to do, after me asking him to join, well that's just life, give trust and sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't.

* Wolves and Templars deceived us including HRE and Fallen too. They sent us support armies which then turned into attack armies who are currently attacking our fiefs.
can't argue there, still remember on a site not that Byzantium/Kapikulu supplied Nords and afterwards i was invited to peace talks initiated by nocti ... good old times.

They also asked us to betray HRE but we refused.
At the time Byzantium left strat and CamelScreamer did, i offered you membership and therefor full protection of the alliance, i only asked you that anyone would be fare game.
if you had accepted that, it  could have been that we would now be fighting bashi.
You didn't and i didn't pressure the matter.

After filling you in on my deception, i told you i wouldn't ask you that, but as it comes a Kapikulu member asked me in steam DiagonaL, if we couldn't be alliance partners and i told him if you were up for that there may be a chance. With you staying down for 2 weeks, not doing anything in strat then grinding troops and agreeing to defeat publicly in the forum and even giving all you got today to HRE without me attacking anyone Kapikulu.
So with this last event in mind out of my perspective Kapikulu came to me to ask, not i came to you to ask.

Sorry being like this, but community has to know ...
does it now?

The worst part is that this came from Wolves and Templars, the guys we always trusted  I wouldn't go on public if it was any other clan.
man i apologized to you and Rogue, i don't know about others who made deceptions if they would have.
I told you, it was not because of you, i didn't take any pleasure out of this. At the time this started you were already indirectly at war with us, what were you thinking including us in alliance talks in the first place? Templars weren't even invited to that first meeting i just brought them with me and i was asked to leave all small clans alone, like CamelScreamers, CotgS and Pecores(btw i would have been offened only calling me a small clan even it would be true.)
Small clans would have been only a burden was implied, but i told you at that meeting i wont leave them alone. And yes it came in handy that noone knew about how close Hospitaler/Occitan and we were already, but would i made it public the war in the desert would have been a mess for all of us.

Well Templars and Wolves switched to the side where there are more opportunities.
I didn't switch sites that was the hole point of the deception, now nocti take it like a man, that you got beat at your own game. I don't know any other diplomat in this game like you who scares the shit out of me as i rarely know to what you are up to even after one whole strat as your contract partner. You form truth in your hands like a candle maker forms wax.

NA drama comes down to this:

LLJK make a troll topic
Some other Goon clan derps alittle
Whole thread is people faking to be angry
LLJK derp alittle more with their derpings.

The end.

I'd help you no matter what and you know that. What I'm up to? I'm fucking disappointed to see what you did there, thats it. Everybody who do business with UIF gets corrupt somehow.

You should read more of Kesh and some others posts. NA drama actually has very little to do with LLJK these days.

I would just suggest that if you asked me.

If Bashi attacked Kapikulu I wouldn't have any problem with that. Kapikulu had it coming anyway we all knew that. I would even stay neutral because of my position in subforums. I should not pick sides between Turkish clans. I'm just trying to get some stability in the game, east cannot afford inner conflicts while west is growing stronger and stronger in its carebear way of gaming. Ok Kapikulu is out, Nords are acting like Switzerland HRE and Fallen are out too lets say, so I have to fight against a Russian horde all by myself, then what? game over. Strategus map will become a novelty. Whatever man I better shut up and lets see what happens next.

Why again wasn't that alliance which not even had a name, why wasn't it made public? Oh let me check ah for the reason that others wont know that we supposidly worked together. In my book that comes pretty close to a deception.

You know that I always insisted on letting people know about this. But, c'mon man, we never gave the supposed enemies any promises right? And even from the beginning, UIF and DRZ had their plans against us ( once called Fallen block ) too. So forming an alliance against them is nothing unusual and deceptive.

nope you weren't.

At first it was all us and Byzantines in the desert until we learned that you also had intentions. Man, you are still missing the point: we are pissed because you deserted the alliance we made. If it had been the other way, I mean if we were in fight with you in the desert, I would be saying nothing because you would be our enemies then. This is nothing to do how it began but how it ended.

man i apologized to you and Rogue, i don't know about others who made deceptions if they would have.

So it comes all to this: strategus is becoming a one big happy family. Everyone's joining one side, maybe you'll eventually organize tournaments like "who is the fastest caravan", or "who has the biggest potato" or "a school trip to Kapikulu ruins" ...

OH NO MY POTATOES!!!!!!!

I am sorry but did loki seriosuly believe we would ally with him after the Brigade has held their unholy inquisition against us and our brothers for the last two strategus?

For these two rounds of strategus now our 'Friends' and our 'allies' have failed to include us in their plans. At the end of the first strategus we held true to our alliance with shogunate and guards, although their support then was hampered, at the start of the second stratgus shogunate entered a three part alliance with the pillagers and the guards giving no heed to us.  They dragged us into their plans playing off our friendship but when we called for aid none came, those who offered support never delivered.

You battlegazi were no different than the others; schemeing, planing, plotting, dividing up the lands before they were conqured. Yet you are shocked when we found new partners to work with, people who we have a long standing relation with going back since before the second stratgus? You and byzantium proved yourselves to be ever supportive and inclusive to the Templars so what should I care?

You gave us nothing, after calling us friends. I promiced you nothing, and thats what I'm giving you. Your ignorance and lack of respect will be your end.

We will purge the heretics, God Wills It!

Well why didn't you asked, i could've told you so ages ago.

In Strat 2.0 i've been on many TS channels of other clans and i spoke to many clan leaders & diplomats and, with the exception of Chagan Arslan, most of what i heard was crap. Kids & no lifers taking the game way too serious and telling you one thing now and completely the opposite tomorrow. If you wanna backstabb someone then just bloody do it, no need to invite me on your TS and tell me lies to gain advantage over me in a game only because i will probably trust you, since we are (presumably) adult and mature enough not to lie each other over TS, i don't see the point in it. This is a game, not a real life issue. They call it diplomacy while i call it bullshit.  Trust no one & sleep with your blade next to you.

Just thought id add something here.....

Do you never learn? I mean last strat Acre came along and wiped you from the desert, took your villages and destroyed your armies, and you fled into LLJK lands, you may have some good fighters but your STRATEGYS sucks, your too trusting.

With us we'supposedly' had a NAP, but because it was neither official with myself (Diplomacy of Acre) and it wasnt on the forums then wheres the proper evidence, except for a rogue Acre member sending you a PM, and officially when Reinhardt took a break our diplomacy was wiped, so any previous agreements official or unofficial were wiped clean.

Good advice is dont trust anyone, and keep an eye on previous records, ive been in Acre for one strat and all our agreements we honoured, especially with Camels, but dont trust anyone on mere words, especially if they havent been noted down anywhere.

Its just the original term for the alliance that involved pretty much allthe Russian and Polish clans in Strat 1.0.  Now those same groups are still unofficially allied and will NEVER attack each other but in each version of Strat more clans join the Carebear non-attacking each other group that will only attack NA or NA allies in EU.  They stopped being against Templars after strat 1.0 and focused more on NA and Fallen.

So less and less EU wars as most of you guys are working together and will never attack each other.  Its part of the problem with mega-alliances (common to a lot of games), they get boring for the ordinary players and in more democratic clans that are more common in NA the players get pissed and oust the leaders or ask for changes, but in EU nobody seems to raise too muc of a ruckus within the clans and their leaders tend to be more autocratic.  Which also may be why multi-accounting was FAR MORE an EU problem than an NA problem as autocratic clan leaders basically controlled every memebrs' accounts.

Proof?

but in EU nobody seems to raise too muc of a ruckus within the clans and their leaders tend to be more autocratic.

Again, proof? I realize this is just your instinct in your ridiculous personal beliefs that propoganda worked so hard to instill, namely that Americans are somehow more freedom oriented and independent than those government loving euro's. I'd love to get into a debate about it if those are indeed your views, but mainly I'd like proof of this in Strat.

Which also may be why multi-accounting was FAR MORE an EU problem than an NA problem as autocratic clan leaders basically controlled every memebrs' accounts.

In danger of stating the obvious... but I'm going to state the obvious. Amuricanhs like to think anything can be proven by statistics, so pulling numbers from anywhere ( body cavities  counts) makes any of their statements legit.

Manipulating and making up statistics for justification is far from a uniquely American pasttime. Don't be just as retarded as Kesh, Siiem.

Nice work getting it off DRZ private forums.  I bet they are pissed.  Its exactly what they ar e working on.

So, is this Kesh, again, making shit up? Did some HRE guy take a map and draw some pretty red lines on it, or is the origin of this DRZ?

Ah, I'm glad  I  resigned and quit strat ,it always brings the worst crap even out of the most decent men. =)

I'm really sorry about what happened with Kapikulu, they are without question one of the most honourable clans in the game and the most loyal ally we've had, they deserve much better.

@Gazi i've told you my reasons earlier so i hope you don't hold anything against me . And no , we don't all play skyrim, we actually play cRPG and other games, just not strategus anymore. It feels good mate, you should try it out some time =).

@Cooties  riiiiight, not the best experience you say. Like us trying to get you land fighting LLJK, getting attacked , fighting on 2 fronts while you sit inside our fiefs for a month and than leave saying "we wanna try our luck elsewhere" , that kind of experience ? As for the fun you had in that war, well sorry for ruining it, feel free to attack wolves+templars or any other overwhelming force alone next time :D. Can't blame you or anyone for having an opinion though.

Everyone knows strat will always end up being two massive cooalitions fighting one another, its how it works when communications are so easy.  People will alwyas look for an advantage in a fight.

Hardly, and the discussion was about EU balance of forces, not EU and NA.

Correct, apparently inevitable too, sadly. However, the problem here is one is massive, the other is what you may call "big".

Title: Re: A story of Deception and Desert
Post by: HarunYahya on November 30, 2011, 04:46:22 pm

TOO LONG

a man scared of his feelings , for he is unsure , is the man that has potential to be gay, the man who knows to place his feelings, the feeling of love for his fellow brother, his brother in murder rape and pillaging,  that man who knows brotherly love, is the real man, the man who dous not know love and fears it for he confuses it with lust , is the man that is probbably a little puff fairy boy.

Not reading the thread, just want to congratulate Cicero and all of the Bashibazouks for successfully causing complete-clan GTXs in Strat and annihilating their enemies with superior grand strategy and player skill, which is what the game is alll about.

Good job.

The noble Order of Crusaders must come to the aid their fellow Christians in Calradria. The infidel HRE/Fallen are advancing into the heart of Calradrian chadzianity; chadzians are being oppressed and attacked; churches and holy places are being defiled. Stategus is groaning under the Fallen yoke. The Holy Donkey Shrine is in Kapikulu hands and has been turned into an abomination. Pilgrims are harassed and even prevented from access to the Holy Land.

"The Desert must march to the defence of the chadzians. All should go, rich and poor alike. The Crusaders must stop their internal wars and squabbles. Let them go instead against the infidel and fight a righteous war.

"chadz himself will lead them, for they will be doing His work. There will be absolution and remission of sins for all who die in the service of chadz. Here they are poor and miserable sinners; there they will be rich and happy. Let none hesitate; they must march next summer. God wills it!

Kanker : Cancer
can be used in sentence to mean something else

example :

"Kanker op", literally means get cancer, used as fuck off
