you can't just stop at things that are making addiction.Because after a while it is determined that u will somehow drink it,even i am not addict to something nothing than this computer i am writing i know that cigarrette and alcohol addictions are only can be ended by slowly decreasing the amount.

This is only the case if you drink consistently every single day to the point that you would have withdrawals when you stopped. There are some people who are so heavily alcoholic that they have to get up for drinks in the middle of the night, or they won't be able to sleep. Ignore it, power through to the next day? Seizures start, and only get worse.

Luckily I never let it get that bad. I still drink sometimes mostly with my gf when I do, but I have sobered up pretty much for the most part!

2-3 handles a week is baby food compared to some of the alcoholics i've seen in the dorms at my uni tbh but proud of u for getting off the liquor lahey
