Fuck that, it's just a game. I'm the most competitive person you'll ever meet, I hate losing. But it's still a game. Whenever me and my bro would play risk online with other people in teamspeak, we'd always still attack each other if it was in our best interests.
You make sketchy deals (i.e. we'll stack 10 units on the border) and then when it's beneficial, you back stab the person you made a deal with. No hard feelings afterwards, nobody cries for weeks or gets unfriended on Facebook. You try to do better next time.
Too many people these days (I blame the younger generation, i.e. 20'ish and under) take things too seriously. It's the same reason we still have the crpg team balance system allow pub stomps to happen. I don't mind going up against my clan mates, in fact if I see one on the battlefield I'm going to try and sneak a couched lance in their back when they are engaged with my teammates. It's just a damn game.

I agree 100% (though I may be a bit biased because you did follow through with an attack on one of our caravans a while back), with everyone who says you guys have bad diplomacy, and have been arrogant with your posts for sure. Holiday, you being one of the less noticeably arrogant bastards in your faction (quiksilver being one of the larger plugs I've ever encountered in a video game... look at his forum avatar/undertoe, YEAH I RIDE LOL).
I really don't understand what part of "you guys had shit diplomacy" you (the squids)don't understand. You saw the silver in your face, and just couldn't resist attacking, and claiming it as your own. I really don't even know if a single thought about the future, passed through your heads (excluding you selling said goods, and obtaining the silver from said goods). You cant go through a small knit community like this one, just spewing bullshit in every direction, and insulting people for being not quite as good as you in a game. There is a difference between having faction-pride, and belittling others. I knew from our very first interaction, that your diplomacy would be your downfall(if you're curious as to what i'm refering to, come ask in ts, and I will be happy to explain).
Anyways, I would revamp your strategy next strat, as well as your approach to the PR aspect of this mod, but going about the forums whining about everyone attacking you, doesn't really show that you've learned a lesson here. Perhaps you are just doing it to try to win some sympathetic mercs/allies. Not much else you can do at this point.
Please take these words with a grain of salt, because I don't dislike you plumbo, or the squids(with one or two exceptions). I just want you to realize where you went wrong with your diplomacy. And plumbo, I just want you to stop posting (or do I, its entertaining as fuck).
