HardRice / Alligator / 187 / Black Company guy is basically right.  The Squids have a very brutish and dickish approach to diplomacy, and they've somehow managed to piss off half of the map individually.  Additionally, they're close friends of the GFORCE Mafia, who many people dislike for a number of reasons (GoT spoilers, similar dickish behavior, etc.) I can guarantee that this doesn't help at all.

LOL you cant be serious. you had 20 more mercs for that battle earlier, and I dont play strat battles for KDr, I do it for score. I am a 1hshield so I try to hold the front line while supports like you get all the kills.

I don't hate the Squids either, but their diplomacy does really, really suck.  Sucks like a sucker on a tentacle.  Wesley made some posts which I plussed, but mostly he seems to try to incite anger.  And it works.
