Well. I have, for some strange reason, the exact opposite as my problem. Before I started to go the gym and do bodybuilding, my weight was around 80. After some years I had gained like 4 kilos of muscles (not much for some years, but it was of course only a hobby, not real bodybuilding). Then I did it quite extensive for about 1 year and gained around 6 more kilos of muslces, beeing 90 kilos with 180 cm height. Around that time I started smoking, and now, again some years later, I am at 76 kilos ( I still go to the gym for 2 -3 times per week, but surely not as often and not as extensive like 3 years ago, but I can eat as much as I want and even if I do more sports, I rather lose weight then gain some (be it muscles or fat). I guess I just have to quit smoking and go to the gym at least one time more per week, I guess I could be 90 Kilos (fat and muscles) again after a year or so ... Well, shitty cigarettes
1.86 , around 68 kilo , meh at the age of 15 .

BMI is a very unreliable thing though, to be honest. It doesn't take a lot of things into account.
(click to show/hide)visitors can't see pics , please register or loginIf you learn some really basic meals you can cook stuff thats very tasty while still not full of saturated fats and calories. You can get jars thats virtually got everything you need - just cook some meat with it and do some noodles or whatever and thats it. Basically low fat/healthy doesn't mean tasteless. Not saying I don't eat pizzas, but 800-1000 calories for 1 meal?
wtf is kilograms. use standard measurements.
