If you learn some really basic meals you can cook stuff thats very tasty while still not full of saturated fats and calories. You can get jars thats virtually got everything you need - just cook some meat with it and do some noodles or whatever and thats it. Basically low fat/healthy doesn't mean tasteless. Not saying I don't eat pizzas, but 800-1000 calories for 1 meal?

Yeah I know this is probably used for normal examples, but imagine, the shortest dwarf is like 50-ish cm tall.

Now that would lead to an ideal weight of -50, haha.
