I am thin as hell, not enough muscles, need to train more.

Got same prob. First thing is to eat like there is no tomorrow and than hit the gym...... :mrgreen:

I went to a gym regularly for 3 months during my 11th class. Fixed my stupid back I had from sitting behind the PC too long and my muscles slightly increased in size. Than I got lazy and lost it.... I still go and run around the track 3-4 times a week thou.

Better not eat that in the Evening though, Lots of carbs + in the evening fructose from fruits is treated exactly like normal glucose, which means its like normal sugar then.

Damn, it's been a week since I pulled and injured my left leg while running. It's healing but really slowly.

During day 1-5 I couldn't leave the house, lol. Now at least I can walk. So no exercise for a while now..

I pulled a muscle in my groin a few weeks after I first started. Just got to do a few stretches and warm up a bit with some walking (well I do anyway, about 10 mins warm up before the jog then 10 mins after cooldown), and for me I much rather to pace myself and do like 15 mins a day but be consistent, than to push myself too much and then not be able to keep it up for 5 days. So I could probably do more but I am kinda wary of causing some injury and then not being able to jog for a while

Depends though, you could get lazy and then not push yourself enough. Even if its just 5 mins a day, its probably better to do 5 x 5 than 1x25 + injury or rest period

Oh well.

I did like 40+ mins of tough exercise like running and stuff. Should've rested on day after that but did 15 mins excercise again, and bam.
It went down, I found the limit, haha.

was never really overweight myself, but could loose 5kgs.. drank 1 coke can a day, nothing much i thought..

well i quit and now making myself a big glass of water filled to the brink with ice in stead. its delicious healthy and free and fast! slowly but without any real sacrifice im down 5kgs and dropping.

Also started doing tai-jitsu :) which is not really training, but u move and its fun.

still smoke 20-30 a day though.. :P never found a suitable time to quit!

O shit, I drink like one 1,5L bottle each day! Good thing that I`m still young ^^
