Ha ha, i've found plenty of skooma, does it actually have any side effects when using it over long periods of time ?

Apparently not, skooma is just a stamina boost in Skyrim, weak...

They should've messed with the filters more when you are status affected for my enjoyment but, no, I don't think a skooma related death has ever been reported.

I haven't joined any either, the Nords are pricks, and the Imperials aren't any better, well, i am a Dunmer after all, so i don't think i'll be helping any of them, the damn Nords threw me in prison...

What faction should i join? Fighters Guild?

You can also opt to destroy the Dark Brotherhood, different quest line instead of joining them if you attack/kill the 'kidnapper' from what I have read, so that would be more of a 'good' quest line. Though the little girl who is a vampire is hilarious, she told a story to the whole group about how she killed an old paedophile who wanted to buy her candy and went down a dark alley with her.

Completed the Dark Brotherhood quest line and stuff happens from there on where you can obtain a torture chamber.

Had the DB quest with my orc but forgot how to get it, no sight of thieves guild, how do i join them both?

I just started to play, this is my first EST game, i don't know the world and game mechanics.

What should i start with : a nord?
It seems to be the default, but is this good, and may be other races have more interest?

Races and racial bonuses, the breton is perhaps the most OP race cause of the magic resistance

Khajiit is probably the weakest race, their racial ability night eye is uselles (you actualy see better without it) and the claw atack is usefull the 1st 5 lvls then you get better weapons

Thought I'd drop in a major tip, saves a lot of time and is similar to the hotkeying on pc like in morrowind/oblivion.
numbers 1-8

Open favourite menu (Q)
Scroll/Click the spell you want to bind to a certain number
Select that number
Enjoy

If it's a single hand weapon or a spell, then it first is "equipped" to left arm - double tap to get it in both arms.

Another I'd suggest is to set FOV at at least 90+, I personally use 100 for skyrim. Default is very low, something 60s-80s.
You can do this by opening console " ` " then typing in "fov x" where x is desired FOV.

Oh and ANOTHER thing is that skyrim has v-sync on by default and mouse acceleration integrated, a quick google search can solve that. Though it's worth mentioning that there is still some "delay" in mouse movements because of character turning or something, only in chairs is mouse movement un-obstructed.
