To be honest, I am not that interested in it.
They have reduced alot of RPG elements. Equipment have been simplified into more or less sets, you get one item which is like leggings, chest, etc all together, and many weapons are still yet not available(Like spears, throwing weapons, etcetera), still no mounted combat(It seems), more simplified world than Oblivion, being multiplatform meaning we won't have any glorious battles with more than 5 units, and the graphics themselves are just overall good/decent for todays standard. Etcetera.
Only thing that makes the games more or less fun is the whole open world which have been more or less reduced in Skyrim. The combat is a bit meh, It's like playing Warband with a 100% autoblock and only one attack direction.
