No RPG exists nowadays, where everytime you travel back and forth between the same location again and again, some cool unique stuff happens. In every game, if you travel back and forth between the same places, you will soon get bored, which is when I use the fast travel option.

man, you should go and play fallout 1 and 2. The true legends of crpg. Traveling there is never boring. Also check Arcanum.  For me Arcanum has the ideal traveling system, the best ever made.

I have played Fallout 1 and 2 numerous times, but the traveling isn't exactly the same as it is in Elder Scrolls games, also taking into the consideration that even though they are old games and software was not so advanced, it was far easier and quicker to program things back then.

Plus it isn't really a 'unique' event when you are attacked by a different 'kind or number' of something, all encounters are scripted to an extent. Developers can only script so much so you will find yourself doing missions that are ever so similiar, they might aswell be the same mission, that doesn't bother me personally because I can feel free to fast travel if I get bored.

But really I would rather them just work on the main aspects of the game over some kind of 'event generator', which only creates alot more missions that have just slight differences so people can call them "unique", when they won't be in terms in gameplay, only in the logical sense. Just wouldn't make the game anymore fun at all, when you consider the game already has the same sense of 'unique' encounters, just in a far simpler and straightforward manner.

That's of course all of my own opinion and I am a biased fanboy , also a fan of Fallout 1 + 2, not 3 or New Vegas though, they were boring.

That´s it.

And I was trying to describe it...But you just found that word so easily.Man.Thanks.

Anyway, different people, different Opinions :D

Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

Yeesh, I need to upgrade my computer...
Only 6 GB?  :|
That does sound suspicious.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

6gb does sound low, but you have to remember that Elder Scrolls games generally don't rely on video scenes and have never been sound fx heavy. Plus they may not have a fuck ton of textures, there are many ways to make things look different even if they are both using mostly the same textures.

And if a game needs a lot of mods to be good, then it is crap.

amusing to hear this on a m&b forum, the only game I would say it really applies to.

The reason why the size of the game is so low is because they can re-use textures or take the current textures and expand them and place it down instead of small pieces here and there, or making new textures for every different place.

"Content doesn’t take lots more space if you know how to build an open world game, which we do."

Say hello to repetitive textures/enviroments. Bethesda does it again.
