Title: And 1
Post by: BaleOhay on June 22, 2013, 05:48:27 am
From the walls of our newly owned castles we can see the Chaos city in the distance. The warriors of Chaos did not realize that we would walk into their mauls and spears with smiles on our faces. Willing to die so that the man behind could get up one more rung of the ladder.

The tide was endless and washed the enemy from their strongholds. Terrortops is blissful. It is an odd sensation to feel His joy at the carnage. The various tribal leaders meet to feed and tell stories of the fallen.

We cheer these men of Chaos.. At this point lesser men would be begging for a parlay. We have not heard a word. No ravens, no white flags, no surrender. Could they know about the Terror and its need?

Before the food gets cold the drums start to roar. The men are silent and without a single grumble form up and start marching. We have walls to climb and men to kill. Just another day in the Free Companies.

Our swords are scratched, bows bent, axes altered, spears stripped, and bodies broken. But our spirits are searing. Searing with blood lust, our eyes glowing a fearsome red. Even in death, we shall stand at the pinnacle. Chaos will never fall. For as long as our spirits burn, the eye of Stratia shall fly.

Great battle and good job. Senuzgda will be remembered.

Calradia will one day reject this mess we have all made.  My last request is to hang my body from the hoarding so it might see the sun and bear witness to the cities that will one day be torn down by common man.

Haha, look at this fool; got no phylactery. Death is but a hurdle. By sacrosanct prose or force of will, throw thy rotting corpse over the barrier. Return to life. Fight once more within your mortal coil! Release all inhibition and spill blood without mercy or restraint!

If you don't, the night eyes will move your lifeless remains for you. You won't like where it travels. There are pains greater than death...

Fear not the mercs, for they put forth more troops into a village to defend against peasants, than any of their other fiefs. We know what they truly fear. Freedom.

Lol become an FCC vassal. Have you not read any of my posts? If that were to happen I'd  probably permaban everyone in TS. Just kidding...not really...of course I am...

Edit: unless it meant waging war on EU cause I'd be down for that! All dat xp!

"They've killed our messenger birds. Our sheets and garments are stained with blood, we have no fresh water to quench our parched throats, hoarse from the warcries and the screaming. Had we a message to send to them, they would not see it. Had they seen our message, they would not listen. We will fight to the death, but not because it is our only option - we have made enemies, and we shall have each other for the rest of our time here, spent together, rollicking in the fleeting struggle of mortality and battle."

The warriors of Chaos did not realize that we would walk into their mauls and spears with smiles on our faces.

They didn't originally belong to us, I'm afraid.

Joe rode towards the keep of Senuzgda Castle, pinching his nose against the stink of still smoldering wood and corpses, churned earth, and rotting men and women. The battle had been costly.

He smiled into his gloved hand, remembering the inhuman valor of their warriors. Bale, for example, had sprinted up their ladders time and time again, waving his hands and grinning, shrieking like a dinosaur. The enemy's hammers consistently beat him off the ladders, but he persisted. Such honor!

Joe jerked in the saddle, his horse stopping suddenly.

A little foreign man stood in his path. He twirled his flowing mustache angrily, the motion sending his chainmail a-clinking. "Signora caza! You stoppa da horse!"

"Wut?"

"I am la Arrowaine! Yousa da Effa-Chee-Chee scum! You steala mah pizza!"

"I--"

"You maka da chaos you bitches, lika all da rest! Fucka you, I spit!" And then he spat.

"Shut up we're better than you, go away."

Joe's champion courser, at the touch of his spurs, surged forward, knocking the little mustachioed man aside. He needed to get to the keep, as he had an appointment to keep with it's new masters. The ritual was to begin: The FCC Victory Circle Jerk, his favorite event!

Were we insulted or threatened here? I honestly could not follow what was being said or implied. It is possible that he is saying that as soon as our non aggression pact is up he plans on attacking... I think that is what it said.

The only part I did understand is the thought of Chaos becoming a vassal... which we do not have so that should not be an issue.

As for any peace talks we have not heard from any of your diplomats so figured you guys were going to go down fighting. We applaud the determination and respect the fighting spirit.

Initiating so many field battles around your own castle kind of defeats the purpose of the castle, doesn't it?

It's not impossible, but he had trouble in the past few battles pulling the gear out on the tick immediately following the battle, so he chose to intercept armies in the field to be sure that he can clean the town's inventory.

??  That doesn't really make sense since after the first siege army he had an hour to clear out gear - that doesn't explain the 3 field battles.

Why does Chaos even have to explain their actions to you when they decide to attack you in the field? Stop complaining just to complain.

No. The first siege ended at 7:06, the followup attack started at 7:10.

Including the 4 minutes prep time before both teams spawn, that's under one minute I had to transfer gear out once the fight ended. When I hit the transfer button it gave me the "fief preperation attack" error, though it did, for some reason, pull out almost all the armor and horses anyway but none of the weapons.

Want an explanation for the field battles? Yippee-kay-yay, m'lord. I figure it's more fun if a war isn't fought in one direction constantly, you dig? For the field battles fought today, I got all the gear out after the second siege, coincidence?!

Lol they don't, we are just commenting earlier about it doesn't really help them not to use a defensible fiefs at this point. Their comment earlier just didn't make sense since they had an hour to clear out gear last night

P.S. Oh well I guess go out with  a bang - probably easy choice since its not really your own troops anyway thanks to the 4500 from ildist and mates and 1600 from frisians.  good luck neckbeards.

To be fair, a lot of people on TS were saying they were getting tired of sieges a few days ago. Apparently some people like field battles? Well, I don't get that, but I guess a change of pace is good.

Lol, neither have we.  We have only gotten troops for strategus gold and apollo had 1.7K shiny in senuzgda and then he left with 100 and then a chaos guy went back to dhrim with 1.7K shiny.  They dumped troops in Emirin before, so yeah they gave you troops.

A) the mates, i.e. Republic of Mates, have not given us any tickets, in fact we've sold some to them before (you were upset about that, too). Frisia has, but I don't refer to them as "the mates".

B)

Will be offering:

50K CRPG GOLD FOR TOP SCORE
25K CRPG FOR TOP K/D
25K CRPG GOLD FOR TOP KILLS

50K Crpg gold sent to The_Sosarian_Knight 61-28 - best Score
25K Crpg gold sent to Allers for 68-26 - most kills
Honorable mention (someone let maple_Syrup know I will send him 10K gold for this he was pretty damn close)  Maple_Syrup_MB 67-38
25K crpg gold sent to Cheavliere_sdfjkln (just trying saying that name for rollcall) - best k/d 13-1

5K   20K 30K 50K Crpg gold to anyone who attacks smoothrich before he returns back to hero party lands.  Also, the first person to attack him will find he has tens of thousands of gold of leftover gear from his last battle as an additional award.  (added 5K more gold on my side)

??  How is rewarding great mercs buying troops?   Could you not find any references to us buying troops with crpg gold you chased after any remote use of crpg gold?  And you say my logic is weak, lol.  I also payed crpg gold for the Karaoke winners too, you forgot to reference that as well.  rewarding good mercs for really epic battles is exactly that, its not buying troops.  You are really reaching now canary, just admit your argument is facetious and lacks and really basis in fact (basically just learn to admit you are wrong for once).  I assume Mates were giving you troops since they brought 4500 troops shiny to Dhirim and you suddenly attacked with all those armies, but I guess I'm wrong though it seems extremely odd.

You specifically put in bold the part where I said I hadn't spent cRPG gold for "strat gain", and fishing for mercs with rewards is a strat gain. The bit about buying troops was a separate point.

Wow, talk about being facetious in the same sentence you accuse us of using crpg gold fro strat gain you say we bought thousands of troops and say may the largest wallet win - our crpg gold had nothing to do with us winning and all the troops we have ever bought have been with fiefs or strategus gold.  Actually none of the troops we are getting for your fiefs we are selling or the recently bought troops for strat gold were needed to attack you - they are all being used to restrengthen our fiefs after we are done.

At the risk of beating a dead horse, by "wallet" I meant your total of resources, not just cRPG gold. There were two separate points in one sentence, that you'd bought several troop tickets and that you had used cRPG gold to benefit you on strat in another way.

We're all aware of how much more stuff you have than we do. Also, we're not off the map yet, boast about your victory once it's actually over, if you please.

The tide was endless and washed the enemy from their strongholds. Terrortops is blissful. It is an odd sensation to feel His joy at the carnage. The various tribal leaders meet to feed and tell stories of the fallen.

Chestaclese stumbled into the circle, took a crooked bow, and started taking story request.

“Tell us of the Pity Party of Curaw,” Kesh shouted from somewhere in the back.

At the same time Tom Cruise mumbled something retarded that no one really paid attention to except for Baleohay whose face was covered in half chewed potatoes and carrots Tom spit when he opened his stupid mouth.

Sauce wanted to hear the tales of Hudson the God of War whom he claimed to be a descendant of and half the circle puckered their face at what an egotistical asshole he was.

“Typical Sauce,” someone in the back yelled and Sauce got up to teach him a lesson.

Dynamike wanted to hear one of his stories and Chestaclese vomited half a beer in his lap for the request.

Someone else suggested Chestaclese tell a story about when he threw axes as a young man to which Cyranule got up from his seat and walked behind the barn where everyone could hear him crying for some horse of his Chestaclese killed years ago.

Finally, Webo played a little toon on his harmonica, which turned into a duet with Partyboy on his guitar, and suggested, “How about the story of how the Elder Crone Canary came to be?”

All the crowd, which had grown smaller and larger since the first suggestion as some people left the circle and others joined, screamed and hollered with glee at Webo’s suggestion and this is the story Chestaclese the Loveable Fuckup told:

“Before Chaos, before remnants of Chaos left chaos to form Remnants, we were all part of a small now forgotten clan called Remnants of Stratia. Remnants of Remnants of Stratia, not to be confused with Remnants, formed Chaos. In the formation Sauce and Dexxter, who were slated to be leaders of Chaos themselves, decided to put their support behind the meek old lady Canary in the belief they could boss her around and have all the perks of leadership and none of the responsibility. Many passive aggressive arguments later, arguments mostly involving Dynadick who had a funny accent and nothing else, Sauce and Dexxter realised their mistake and broke from Chaos to form Remnants.”

And the place went silent. What was left of the crowd, half had walked out when Chestaclese was explaining the origin of Remnants, got up and slowly dispersed shaking their heads and squinting their eyes. Webo and Partyboy tried to bring the crowd back by offering to do another duet but the night was ruined. Only Chestaclese brother Sauce remained, standing against a post in the back, fresh from giving out beatings,  shaking his head with shame and disapproval.
