The last remnant of the old empire has sold its soul to the devil for the promisse of gold, power, land and an army. As they march on us now we are at an impasse; unite or spend eternity in servitude at the whip of a horrible ping in the mid to high hundreds. For when you fight on the Devil's land you do so with his ping.

Make no mistake, Hospitaller was not chosen by El Diablo for their strength of men, depth of courage, or honor oath but because of their desperation. A desperate man is inclined to servitude.

Let us not succumb to the folleys of desperate men. Look no further than the south for a picture of the future Hospitaller would sell us all out for. Was the steppe not a prettier place before the stains of war colored it red? Who dares now venture into the steppe? Would you have the open plains the same?

I am but a caravan master. My heart floats most on the open plains of Calradia, free from the quarrels of the southern lords that would see every coin and parcel of land their own. My wardarts please me most when thrust through the heart of a deer or fish out on the plains, not the stringy gullet of a man.
The time has come to put your hearts, gold, and men to purpose.

Join the Empire Slayers once more and send Hospitaller to whatever hole the remains of the Northern Empire lays. Put past quarrels behind if not for the preservation of the plains than for at least the chance to fight each other later with a ping bellow a hundred. There are Hospitaller lands to the east that require liberation and with time that part of the steppe can once again become prosperous in trade and coin for all.

Desperation is an interesting thing. You may hold more power in terms of productivity, but we shall once again send the reminder home that quantity alone cannot trump quality.Frank will once again be put down like the back stabbing bandit scum that he is, and HATE will once again fade into obscurity and irrelevance once we have crushed their armies. The green empire may have you believe otherwise but what else are they to do other than sneak their influence into your veins with poison.

I salute the men of KUTT, I truly do believe your men have the strength and courage to see what is right. You were giving promises for your loyalty and have stuck with it and for that I respect your clan. I only wish you could see that the loyalty was forged by the green empires tricks and manipulation. You are brave men and the only comfort I have in this war is that I will be able to look into the enemy and see a few honourable men. The smaller clans may believe we are at war with them, On the contrary we fight to liberate your banner. Choose the colour of your nation and not that of a superior force threatening to cut your throat if you do not comply. We pledge to help all those who seek asylum from this tyranny.

I do believe the Holy warriors of our lands have grown so accustomed and used to the taste of blood that they have become dependent on it and their reasoning now escapes them. We never had any intention of pursuing open hostilities despite what others may suggest. Our only goal through out all of this was to attempt to establish a united defense against an ever possible EU invasion. It seems our goals are the same, but the means to reaching that goal are very different. So be it; the time for words has passed and weapons must now speak. May the side with the stronger resolve be the winner.

Ban Troyicide for  1. posting garbage on the forums,  2.  not meeting the age requirements to play Warband, and 3.  not doing his fucking chores.

Dark, I have always tried to be open and mature about what I post here.. I enjoy role-playing but you have gone well beyond that on many occasions, and to simply state that you were role-playing while seeming sincere to me and many others for the sake of role-playing, and then point the finger at troy because he is more less saying "Bring It" and then bash him for it is just odd to me. I game and talk with Troy enough to assure you is is not bothered by it what so ever, and he shares the mentality of most of us., which is..

We are a tight clan that have a few close allies, were all friends and enjoy gaming and fighting, You (Greenies) have more hero's, more land, more resources, etc etc, but regardless we will always put up a fight and could care less if you post on the forums about how uber you are, To us (Reds) your just the bully with a bunch of steroid pumping friends surrounding us, we might be the bloody nosed runts, But were the runts that will eventually tear your heads off and wear them as foot warmers.

Making an obvious propaganda thread done entirely in character based off of one faction's own shit management or just all in all shady behavior in strat is not only allowed, but encouraged by chadz himself.

Seriously though man, nobody is in my corner or bandwagon following me here, there just happen to be alot of people that think you guys are being butt hurt cry babies about all of this.

I'm not gonna gloat about individual skill, but I wasn't asked to join CHAOS when it had very strict skill standards because I type big words on the forums. I've also never been big on gloating about our clan's accomplishments since they pretty much speak for themselves(Mechin and Hanun are a few recent ones in case you forgot)

I suggest you take another picture with your girlfriend agreeing with you about strat so that maybe your posts will at least be funny for a minute.

Also, that really hurt my feelings, but if being a douche bag is being unable to put up with how childish and small minded alot of the guys in your clan are, then I won't disagree with you,man.

My attempt at getting into "Character" as you put it, I did not mean to upset you and the all mighty ego, Kudos tho, I thought for sure you would have thrown a fit, said something along the lines of "Your a bunch of babies, now I'm going to close the thread so I can have the last word" crap again. And if being "childish and small minded" is something you can not put up with, why are you an admin? I'm also sorry that you keep going back on the picture with my girl and I.. feel free to use it along with some Kleenex to calm you down a bit. I also enjoy your taking the accomplishments of Hanun and Mechin as skill of your clan.. Not sure if you ever noticed but all of our fights are 2/3'rds Hospitaller on our side, we take our own mates first even if there lvl 15 is some cases, Even if it means having to sit out some good players from another clan that is willing to help. and yet we still have more villages then you did at the beginning. You need to grow some thicker skin, especially as an admin.

Actually, as you must know, Crusader alliance are the ones who launched the first major attack against Chaos and have supplied your side with gear/troops. I don't think it is fair to your allies if you discount their contributions to your cause. Combined with their 78 members and 7 fiefs for a total of 296 members and 18 fiefs the difference between red and green does not look so big anymore.

We are also fighting with some of the newest and least experienced Strat clans in all NA (Knights of New, KUTT) and you know what? They have been great allies so far, are eager to learn and are more than capable already to stand their own.

And then again, remember who attacked first before you try to meme the victim of this "war".

Let's just try and enjoy the fighting, it has been fun so far!  :D

I honestly know very little about the crusader alliance or its actions recently - I know that with our current isolation HATE has not been getting crusader support.

all I do know, is this was once a land of peace, where children could play in the fields.   This was a land where hardship was challenged with hard work and community.  A land where a neighbor could be trusted to loan a loaf of bread, or a steed.  A land where a man could raise a family without fear; to teach and to learn.  To live, and to prosper.

Yet now that is not so! 

The green menace has swept the lands, and a shadow has crept over the lives of all free men of Caladria.  The roads have been filled with with vile and dangerous men; swindlers, cheats, bandits, ruffians, villains.  Rumors of green power traveled in hushed whispers, always on the tip of the tongue but never truly believed; never truly heeded.

They desired power, and we let them have it.
They desired land and property, and we let them have it.
They desired wealth, and we let them go unabated.
They desired military might, and for too long they were left to their own devices, recruiting the vilest and most morally bankrupt ruffians to add to their honorless hordes.

But their greed seems to know no bounds; and what once seemed to be a gluttony for power has now become a gluttony for conquest.  They press the attack, burning crops, razing villages, defiling our women and children.  The warbands are ruthless and brutal; seeming to possess more traits akin to animal than man.

BUT NO MORE I SAY!

This is the time to strike, to turn this pestilence!  Join me men!

When the green army rides, I shall sharpen my sword.
When the green army pillages yet another peaceful fief, I shall don my shield.

And you can be certain, that when the tide of evil spreads its green wings across Caladria once more, that my blade will be ready to cleanse its taint from the lands that I call home!

Darkkarma, when things got a little heated between you and I in previous posts, did I not publicly admit myself being in the wrong? Did you not privately message me and say that you also were in the wrong and that you would "Tone it down?"

If you wish to leave it up to the readers to determine guilt and to allow them to judge within their own minds, then allow me to ask them:

I've never had a problem with in character exchanges. In fact I actually enjoy it. Aztek's earlier posts in italics were exactly what this forum was made for. Let's be honest though, if i'd said the things troy said in my initial thread, you guys would be livid and rightfully so. There's no reason to make this personal. Calling someone a green heretic and tyrant is roleplaying. Calling someone a bandwagoner, an idiot,a troll and a douchebag isn't.

I'll leave it at that.

You're missing the point of my post sir.

I apologized in public, repeatedly. I admitted I was in the wrong, publicly. When you felt a similar feeling of guilt over your own posts, you apologized in private and maintained the nature of your posts in public which were responsible for your feelings of guilt, after a very slight hiatus. This indicates to me that you are more concerned with your reputation on the public forum than with how you demonstrated the quality of your character within private conversation.

I am not doubting your character. All I am asking is why you try so hard to create an image of yourself in the public forums, but within private conversation you retreat from that image which you have established publicly? I believe sir that you are in conflict. It is also my belief that one in conflict with himself will never be satisfied, no matter their actions, provided they remain in conflict.

ehhh, I'll put it on here. nothing offensive. I believe my words represent my clan well and do not feel any need to include a waiver as my sig. I enjoy nothing more than practicing debate, even if it is restricted to text. face to face is much more appealing, but this will suffice.

A simple phrase I believe derails your argument: Two wrongs do not make a right.

It is more noble to be the better man when given the opportunity. I believe you have in the past, when confronted with what you believed to be "trolling" remarks, chosen to respond in kind. This, in my mind, is not an appropriate response no matter the settings.

If your words really did represent your clan accurately, then we never would have started having this discussion in the first place, since your guys essentially began attempting to counter troll posts that they viewed as troll posts.

As far as "trolling" goes, there are far more damning things that could have been said were that really my intent. An opinion is an opinion though, I respect yours. I'm going to give this sub-forum a rest. I'll let our actions speak for us in battles.

What's more, i'm going to stop reading this thread now. You are more than welcome to respond via PM if you really want it read though.
