Reset of all generations, xp and gold needed URGENTLY

Everyone has its masterwork weapon already and swims in gold, this needs to change. The prices at the marketplace are ridiculous, thus.

I dont think ANYONE would sell a loom point if they got reset.  At least not for quite a few months.  The only reason they are available now is because people have a surplus.

Basically, there would be no market if you wiped the database.

You guys should realize that everything you gain in this game is already doomed to disappear somehow one day. What is fun is trying to get those things, having them is just the end of the game.

Since everyone looses everything, you won't actually feel like you wasted time. In my experience, a reset is followed by a period of high activity where everyone is trying to get the edge. It's fun, it's fresh and it's welcome. Maybe it's too soon now, but you should know and accept that it will happen one day.

this will never be

1. Due to the balancing efforts of our developers, there aren't that big advantages you can get through masterwork stuff, even if you grinded a complete set of gear.

2. I invested nearly 2000 hours in this game atm and i remember still how it was for me in the beginning, man did i suck .. bigtime.
Shortly ago i was on a nativ server with about 160 people on. I was in top 5 of the board over several maps. Fact is the more you play a game or do stuff in RL, the better you get in it.

I'm one of those who thinks that people that put time in a game like this should have an edge somehow with gear or something else... soooo no i don't want a reset at all, it took me a long time to get to my lil gen 7 and i deserve every looms i got, i enjoyed the grind for some time but now i just play this for the fun of it, yet i would be very pissed if they decided to destroy all the effort i put into getting my stuff/gen.

I think a bunch of people like Glaurung don't understand that the point of an RPG (cRPG) is to grind to some extent like in every other game of the same kind to be more and more powerful.. Remove that and we might as well start playing native again.

ok so say all chars where reset today to make it an "even playing feild" lets say 3months past, and new players come in. will we have to do another reset to make it "fair" for them?

Too many players have spent too much time grinding for percieved bonuses which in reality affect combat very little if at all and have become too attached to the prefixes on their weapons and armors to let some new player take away literally hundreds of hours spent (having fun a.k.a;) grinding. Let us have our cake, you can have some when you've earned it.

heres how i see it being done... if it ever is done


remove all heirlooms gold and gens from all characters.
raise max from x5 to x10
make retiring at 30 to gain 100 exp on gen
weapons are given bonuses dependant on amount of time used, kills, skilled manovers, or just randomly, or even just remove heirlooms and boost the set stats of items or
give everyone a set amount of heirlooms and grant the ability to change out the heirlooms

if going with the time set or kill set of heirloom points then have it heirloomed with the players name in it such as paul the killer
paul's killer axe or paul's killer sword, make it possible to name the weapon
