The cooler should fit in the case (152mm height against 210mm case width).
No OS, no HDD (you said you had one).

GTX 760 isn't bad, solid mid-range card.
However , 70 more EURO and you can get the palit 770. (864.69€)
The 770 would last longer in terms of performance.

The CPU can be OCed to ~4GHz hopefully with that cooler (good cooler ), so it'll be roughly equal to a FX 8350, again roughly equal to a i5.

If you can afford it, I'd recommend the 770 over the 760, otherwise it's a pretty solid build.

I assumed you already have a dvd reader too. You could get a cheaper mobo, but I'll let someone more erudite discuss that. If you replace that awesome 770 with a still very good 760 you gain 70 bucks.
