Switch down to a 4690k (i5) and switch the GPU for something better (GTX 770 is an option, look at the build I recommended lemon)

Atm you are going for a tiny case and motherboard, is this intentional?

Also, you don't need a 750W PSU, corsair is a good brand, but CX is their cheapest crap. There should be a 600W seasonic?
You'll also need a decent CPU cooler, the intel stock is shit. Go for a corsair H80i or w/e closed loop watercooling they offer (only decent thing that will fit in that tiny case).
And 16GB of RAM is overkill, 8 is more than enough for games.

Yeah a GTX 660 is absolute bullshit. He should buy a 999$ worth GTX Titan to be able to play everything on ultra 100+ fps because that's the whole of point of existance isn't it.

4690 k definetly.
Z97 Asrock Extreme 4 if you need loads of USB ports E-Sata etc. (If not? Dont spend more then 100 bugs on a MoBo)
770 is a must. Forget ALL brands apart from MSI or ASUS at the moment.
Their cooling is fucking massively superior, especially the MSI Twin Frozr ( its the noise I talk about)
BUY MSI.
Best bang for the buck SSD atm -> Crucial Mx100

I did some research, I am getting a new comp next month myself. This is the stuff you want.
I am getting the 780 Twin Frozr though :-). 1, 7 sone noise, overclocked and temp target far far away. Best 780 on the market, period.
Noctua D-14 will keep it all nice and cool.
