Also, this whole thread is about me testing out new DTV maps? Stopping that means we will end up only having two maps FOREVER. Do any of you wanna be stuck with only 2 DTV maps? really?

It's only different in that I'm clarifying because Grace couldn't read what I wrote while dead.

Calling the admin Merc_Little_Napoleon isn't very constructive style, if you have a complaint to make then make it with an actual name - otherwise it's worthless. This just makes you appear like a standard ragey kid who got banned for resisting admin decisions even if you had some actual point in your complaint.

What happened yesterday was:
I gave the command to restart the server, logged in, and warned people about the restart.

Then the new map was f*** up, I tried to change it back. But because some miscommunication between me and meow, and that meow wasnt updated on the situation, we couldnt change it back. So we tried over and over. This was explained in the chat over and over before we did the restarts. Kinda strange that this was read as I just didnt like the map and that people was going WTF whats going on. They could just have red those huge RED messages explaining what was going on.

Yes, some of the maps are easily exploitable. We are working on it, but you seem to want us to stop, as half of your post is about us testing em out. So, we should get new and better maps, but we are not allowed to get new and better maps?

I don't really agree with you guys. These things have never happened to me before on EU 6 or Shogunate CRPG, both in DTV-mode, I played a lot on these the last days. I still believe that it happened but I don't think it's that often.

From what I've read the thread is not an 'overall look at admins' it's a specific point of view.

Thtb, your example of running toward and change direction when you hit a wall, seems like some kind of leecher behaviour, but you can always argue that you were searching enemy... As i said endless thread...

Btw, there is no perma-ban except for very very stupid and breaking rule behaviour (all ban show perma at first)

Ofc, i only talk of official admin on EU, they have flaws, they are human and players like us, but overall they do a good job (for free).
This is no ass admin licking, but i like when good things are said not only the bad one.

Yeah you are right and have a good point, but i guess they don't have really the time and go on the easy way.

May be with new admin tools (like in Nindur thread) they could do better.

We always investigate before banning. Its not like we "oh, that guy might be a leecher, BAN!"
I usually spectate a guy two rounds before bannin him/her for leeching.

I really have no idea who it could be, because I didn't know him, I'd not seen him before. The only Merc admin I know of is Phazh and it wasn't him.
