I would just carry around a second semi auto. Besides, considering how easy is to unjam semi auto pistol, I would rather have my pistol jamming on me every 12-15 rounds, than having to reload revolver every 6-8.

You know that even the weakest 9mm pistols are enough to pierce the forehead bone, right?

You dont have to make their heads explode, it is enough to shoot them dead.

Do you own or have ever used either a revolver or a hand gun? If so, you'd know very quickly why a Semi-Auto is actually a worse weapon than a revolver in most situations like that. In only 1 situation(rate of fire) will a semi-auto be better.

two things at play here, first off, wearing your knife on the outside gives the possibility for the damn thing to fall off your pocket, especially if you try to run with it.

Secondly, if for some reason you hit the back of the blade while passing it, you will throw the blade open and locked, possibly leaving yourself with a nice knife in the thigh or a good cut to the hand.

You mean a situation in which you're forced to clear a malfunction? Sort of seems like the "revolvers are inherently more reliable than semi-auto actions because of fewer moving parts and simplicity" meme. The best weapon for any situation where you're forced to fight is the one you're most confident with; the one you have the best training and practice with. If that's a revolver, then I reckon the revolver is best.

They ARE more aesthetically pleasing and cooler than semi-autos, by and large.

So this is why revolvers are the go-to gun of the military and law enforcement. It all makes sense now.

This.  Semi automatic has it all over revolvers in rate of fire, capacity and reload speed.  Revolvers have a slight edge in that they won't jam but that is completely overshadowed by the lack of capacity and impossibly slow reloads.  I've fired hundreds of rounds of the cheapest, steel case, nasty Russian Tula ammo in a 9mm pistol.  It has jammed once.  Quickly rectified by pulling the slide back and ejecting the jammed round.

Both are equally bad infact. The Characters suck and are unlikable, and the shows suffer from the classic "The smart die and the stupid survive" probelm most zombie movies have
