And this goes against past legal precedents that were already set in this country in regards to basic infrastructure and anti-monopoly laws.  This happened with railroad networks, and with the telegraph/telephone lines.  This ruling goes against these past precedents.  The court got the ruling very wrong, but lobbying and big corporate money is what rules this country, not common sense or past legal precedents.

You are wrong actually.  Read the decision.  The internet is not classed as a utility, such as electric, gas or water.  Therefore the court ruled that the FCC has no authority to regulate.  The legislature needs to pass legislation putting it under the authority of the FCC, then it can be regulated.

Biggest job creation machine the military and directly connceted industries ... a by W.Bush proclaimed new World Order, a selfcontious understanding of a win in the cold war, even though that war as the war on drugs or terror are wars which were never ment to be won, but to distract. They are word creations, which are artificially filled with meaning, same as with the concept of money. All these things have power over us and our thoughts because we allow it. Less fear more freedom, less controll for cooperations and state, not by denyiing yourself good state services, but by freeing your mind from fear. Question you need to answer for yourselves.
