And this goes against past legal precedents that were already set in this country in regards to basic infrastructure and anti-monopoly laws.  This happened with railroad networks, and with the telegraph/telephone lines.  This ruling goes against these past precedents.  The court got the ruling very wrong, but lobbying and big corporate money is what rules this country, not common sense or past legal precedents.

You are wrong actually.  Read the decision.  The internet is not classed as a utility, such as electric, gas or water.  Therefore the court ruled that the FCC has no authority to regulate.  The legislature needs to pass legislation putting it under the authority of the FCC, then it can be regulated.

can anyone tell me why the follwoing things feel so similar to me?

a) net neutrality
b) spying onto citicen
c) file sharing
d) wistlblower
e) housing bubble
f) prison system
g) patent law
h) drugg warfare
i) spying for technologies
j) economic hitmen
k) warprofiteering
l) ...
...

Somehow i have to think about Cooparate Murika, controlled, numbed out and dumbed down population, politiciancs sold out to lobbiests, parolls of patriotism keeping the last one in line or otherwise him been put in his place. Biggest job creation machine the military and directly connceted industries ... a by W.Bush proclaimed new World Order, a selfcontious understanding of a win in the cold war, even though that war as the war on drugs or terror are wars which were never ment to be won, but to distract. They are word creations, which are artificially filled with meaning, same as with the concept of money. All these things have power over us and our thoughts because we allow it. Less fear more freedom, less controll for cooperations and state, not by denyiing yourself good state services, but by freeing your mind from fear. Question you need to answer for yourselves. Distract from what?

I think you over think shit too much and thus begin to see conspiracies where there are none.

By the way, what can't US courts do exactly? Declare war? Your legislation is so full of holes, it seems the juridical authorities are writing more laws than the legislative ones.

Because hyperbole is for hipsters: I was hinting that because your legislative power seems to be anemic, very often you have juridicial power forced to make a court judgement in a case, that due to jurisprudence has the same power as law until a real law is written that is.

I believe its Colorado that allows the ownership of anti-tank weapons lol, like bazookas and shit.  You will have to talk to them, my state is too liberal to let me own anything larger then a .50 caliber.

I can't remember the source but I recall reading at one point that democracy worked the best in ancient Greece and revolutionary America because the general populations had the same armaments as the governments and armies.

Edit:

And how!
