God, you Acre/Teutonic/Acre/AoW guys are so sensitive when it comes to making light of an old feud.
I don't understand if that's an insult or you're actually confused. If it's the latter, then allow me to explain. We were tired of the armor restriction so we went back to AoW. Reinhardt left our clan and formed Acre to do his own thing is Strategus. At that time there were pretty much two different groups in the AoW TS, and one of those groups went to Acre.
Secondly, that's really a "sins-of-the-father" grudge you're holding against us. I was not there for the last Strategus where this grudge even began, as were many of the members who play today. Not only that, many of the controversial decisions made by our faction stemmed from leadership that has left us to die.
I get if you want to RP that there is some awful grudge from hundreds of years of grievances, but the way you're holding it over our heads is at this point overkill.
I guess you forgot how many heavy cav you guys use in battle or all the transitional you all were in not more than a week ago. But whatever shitlords gonna shit.
Skinboat is the only player to use heavy cavalry in Battle. As for right now, he is the only person with (+)5 Riding in the clan. Also, no one besides maybe Working_Class uses transitional. I'll admit I wear a +3 Heavy Yawshan, but it's more for looks than anything else, and I love to switch to the Purple Lamellar with the Turban Helmet with the Spear.
Sounds more like FCC than KUTT
Like I said, AoW isn't quite the clan you're thinking. While a couple of us participate in Strategus, we're not really super into it. You can throw all the insults about FCC and whatnot at us, but I don't think many of us really care. To be frank, I enjoy the company of FCC's members. They're pretty relaxed, agreeable people, which is much unlike the pseudo-intellectualism I see from guys like Canary and sometimes even you, Malaclypse.
Not throwing any punches here, because I honestly don't know any of you guys, but I'd thought I'd explain some things.
