i am not after eny money, i have accepted the situation, the conversation with the admin will be because i have had private messages as a response form this thread, stating they have had the same issue with the same guy. its somehting for the community not my own ego. i know its hard to understand for you. i think i have explained myself enough now. and your oppinions on my actions dont really change alot.

So basically, you want a guy punished for, effectively agreeing, on word of mouth, in chat, to do something. the problem is if he dous this to unknowing members of the community and actually dous win bets , and takes those winnings, while not paying up when losing, there is something damaging and wrong there, scamming. i said headadmin specifically, because newbie admins like you ptx, shouldnt bother with these issues
