working on my 2nd bear atm very time consuming. if I can use these 2 hides to make a good sling then I can ultimately kill bears way quicker and will start bringing lots in to make cool gear with.

I just need nubert or whoever has highest carpentry to make some high q tanning tubs.

1 bear hide = 4 leather, make sure you use the second bear hide to make a bear cape for our miner

high q tanning tubs won't come until we've grown trees higher than q10

actually i need both for sling 1 will be used to make 4 straps.

i thought that about tubs also but u can get higher q planks with high saw and q10 wood, its odd. its saw qx wood q.

I guess i can kill a 3rd bear for an early cape, but once i get this sling will be way quicker

the bigger the node the higher the Q in the center, people obviously claim where it is top

nodes go from q11 -> qMax from border to center in a circular fashion

75q string + 44q bear leather = q59 sling = 51.75 w/ 44 survival
75q string + 25q boar leather = q50 sling = 47 w/ 44 survival

hmm guess I will wait until higher survival before wasting bear hide on leather to go for really high q sling.

and yeah i got 36 attention, cannot fill it half the time going civ was probably not worth it ;p

well, you'll be able to fill it sooner or later, especially when we start making crafted curios and you can forage curios off the mountain

5 tiles from your claim, this is the min distance between claims, they are trying to block your claim, so yeah, we have some griefers, tbh it seems that early world is full of toxic people
