Made a new char on hnh few days ago, fun/nostalgic relearning the game. coincidently world 7 just got announced! which will make it alot more fun and exciting as a new player since right now half the map is claimed.

How are the players counts going? I heard that now that the lag is fixed (is it really fixed?) H&H would have at least as much players as Salem has. But when I look at the website, there are only 300'ish players online.

I did finish brickwalling my plot and fed my char a bit, but I was way behind when I started already so it felt pointless.

I've never played this game but I've been wasting quite a lot of time on Wayward. To be honest, I'm a bit scared to try Haven and Hearth. If I get hooked it's going to be worse than Warband

Well, H&H is like a more longterm, deeper Wayward, with other players in it that will kill you

my previous experience of world start is that its simply miles more fun and you don't even need to grind to have fun.

me and my darkfall clan all played for a bit start of world 4 i think, just roamed across rivers as a gang of 10 stealing from peoples who didn't have claims.

I've only ever really hermited in hnh haven't played in a serious village except in salem. to me hnh becomes less and less interesting as the world ages.

There is no game that will give you a better adrenaline rush. When you are roaming around with the char you grinded for months and your buddies, spotting someone and chasing him or being chased. But its a lot of grinding, building, exploring and other shit..

Didn't hermit much myself, only a little in w5. Most of the time small villages 5-10 active players. Build up a nice place in w6 with some guys, but we got ratted out from the inside and lost the whole village^^.

God when I used to play it was a like 40v40 in our trade village (World 3) end against the Russians, this one is like 500v500

Yahahah, nice. This is AD + friends, I know because I was in a village that was considered ADs friends - yes I admit I collaborated with ruskies non-directly. They are attacking Brodgar, which is kind of a community sparked "open" project/village, basically anyone could join and build their plot there and there were no outside walls so anyone could just walk in.
