I did 108 squats in three min the other day. Completely blew my legs out and then I did legs day harharhar. 5 sets of 5 with 80kg on the bar for squats I was screaming the whole way through.
I say after this we do squats 25 per round.
Don't worry about the weight this guy has it's the same with nothing on the shoulders.

hell ya mate! there are days you just gotta do shit different! arnold once threw an olympic bar n weights into his truck, drove into a forest on a mountain with columbo and they did squats ALL DAY LONG. yehaw!. Im up for a squatting challenge after this one, very nice!
btw do you do deepsquats and deadlifts in the same meso? mine are alyways 3 weeks long with a fourth week of deloading and strength testing, and this 3 week cycle is a slight volume phase, so I actually am doing deadlifts and squats. and every day hang cleans, but only 3x3. ill have two fucking english oaks instead of legs at the end of the year, freeskiing will work like crazy
