I'll do 15 pushups every round of battle that I die. Would mess up my gym routine if I start doing that many bicep curls when I'm at home, and I doubt I'd be able to play c-rpg if my arm felt like falling off
sure go ahead : ) 15 push ups would kill me off more tbh, but ppl are different after all
Shouldn't this be for people who aren't new to exercising? I hear isolation exercises are bad for beginners. Maybe some sort of compound exercise between rounds, like pull ups.
