I found an Asian girl hacker that spoke English and who gave me like 10 million plus the Romero Hearse plus all cool weapons to play around with. But after Lowrider patch she couldn't do it anymore. But I still meet hackers giving money today. Mostly the European/American hackers are scared to do it though. Chinese and Russians are the best and most gutsy. So find the hacker on the serv that's most likely driving around in weird vehicles or teleporting around and be nice to him and then honk ur horns and do stuff like that and eventually he'll jump in your car or vice versa and after a time driving around and stuff you can ask for money.

I'm about 50% through the singeplayer and I have to say, whilst this game looks great, plays great and has a decent enough story campaign there's just something about GTA games that means I begin to struggle to continue once it gets to about half way through. The same happened with GTA IV. I never actually finished it.

I've dabbled in the multiplayer though and have to say, I'm looking forward to getting my friends together for the heists. Tried a few with some randoms and was already good fun.

I honestly don't mind hackers in free roam, they spawn money and their "create explosions around every player" option can be avoided by going into passive mode, only thing they can do then is to give you a police star or spawn tazer police on you so you're stunlocked. They often wank around in the city, really easy to stay out of their way.
