I could never get into these games, no idea why. I loved Mafia, but GTA 3 and 4 did nothing for me.

I agree.

Whoever is in charge of the music there, that person or those people have a wide spectrum of surprisingly good music in their games.

Really? Okay I get why people dont like 4 so much. But GTA 3 was practically the most revolutionary game on the planet when it came out. Nothing practically ever made came even close to it. If you played GTA3 in a later state........you missed out bigtime. I remember kids crying if they couldnt play this. San Andreas still remains my top fav from GTA-s, cause of all the shit you could do.
