All joking aside. I think what chadz meant with a set is that the bonus is applied to your equipment so if you change a lot then your gonna have boosted equipment that you don't use. So if you stay with one set then they get all the boosts and thus gets stronger.

I know what it does:

it irritates/confuses players - what is a good thing - at least for chadz+devs... since they are amused... and so they are happier and more motivated for strategus-coding. :D

How more posts how more confused it gets... :s.

But reduced slots? That doesn't make sense... you can "max" it :c. to 0 slots. You can't max speed, or damage. You can max chanche, either 0% or 100%.

Who said it could be max'ed to 0 slots. It may be 1.  :lol:

We had 99percent. we cant get closer.

If chadz wants to tell us he will - he does not care if we try to find or not-find out what it is. I guess if we try to find out he is amused more and will not tell us.

So just lets keep quiet until he tells us.

Just got the message in siege with an alt. Still haven't gotten it on my main.

I had also just bought a helmet just 5 or 10 minutes before getting the message. Just good luck with that?

I'm curious to know, because I haven't had it happen, but has anyone gotten this in DTV? I've gotten it a few times now, less than five, three or four I think 1 in battle and the rest in siege.

i had it today. on EU_4

with my lvl 30 (around 4,7mio exp) 2hand-chick... wearing some kind of Wok, heraldic mail w/ Surcoat, Khergit Leather boots, some mail-gloves, Horseman Heater Shield and 1 (one) Longsword. - I were doing averagy, as usual.
Oh and i got it 1 second before the round was over and we respawned.
