so wait does this one has the gollum innit? if so its INSTANT OSCAR from me and a must watch, but srsly i've had enough midget bundle of sticksry in the past 3 movies, no more emoboylove sam and frodo romance please!

Well, considering there's gonna be a lot of dwarves in this one, I'd say there will be even more midgetbundle of sticksry.

I cant see a better book to film adaption ever being made.
Right off the top of my head: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Fight Club, The name of the rose, The Godfather.

This is why homosexuality is punishable by death in dwarven societies.

i dont think it´s bad that it stretches out to 3 Films.I mean, hell, the biggest critic in most book-to-film movies is the shortened content cause its hard to press the plot of a book into one film alone.

In my Opinion, the more movies, the better. It´s not like I´d have to pay for it anyway
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

Inb4 everybody claims it makes them feel like looking at what they recorded with their camcorder back in the 90's, or a cheap soap opera.

Either the 48 FPS thing is going to kill that movie, either The Hobbit is going to hit the taboo of movie framerates veyr hard.
Whenever I see a camcorder shot during regular tv I dread the moment when it turns back to regular TV framerate. I think it is utterly retarded that we have improved everything when it comes to visual and audio quality, but the framerate is still the same jerky shit since 1940.

I don't see at all how 24 fps is better than anything higher, and I dont see at all why people would hate 48 fps. You don't play video games at 24 fps, it's horrendous. I am glad The Hobbit is finally doing something half a century overdue.

Curse Jackson for giving us better visual quality!

I'm not saying 48FPS is bad, I'm saying everyone that saw at least one 24FPS movie in their life will feel the difference. Usually people that are not experts tend to say it doesn't look real (aka you really feel it's just actors doing their job).

^Still ahead of other 3rd world countries.

but seriously I have some doubts about how they have adapted these films. the hobbit is a shortish childrens book, good but entirely different to lotr which is not entirely the same universe tbh.

but im still hyped to shit, nothing comes close to when the frst lotr film came out. I was 12 years old, and had read the books. I cant see a better book to film adaption ever being made.

even if the films suck I will still be glad for the soundtrack, more music to play the last days mod to.

Not entirely the same universe.. really? I'm surprised you've read all of the books if that's the conclusion you have come too, considering The Hobbit sets the stage for LOTR and the main character is Bilbo Baggins who is adoptive parent and relative of Frodo Baggins, who is the 'main' character of LOTR. These movies are going to be as awesome as the LOTR movies without a doubt.
