totally get why you don't like it vibe, but somehow I dont mind the grind that much, prefer it to most mmos. I guess partly cause I know i will enjoy the pvp, especially endgame sieges.
I much prefer killing 150 mobs in this game than other mmos, because half the time I go group pve I/we end up pvp. and there is sense of danger most the time.
Ive killed like 10 people day just from trying to solo pve, often outgeared/outnumbered, thats were the fun is. Ive lost keys to players, raged, looted keys of player, yelled in delight. pvp is actual adrenaline not like crpg or planetside where nothing much is on the line.
I do think they need to make an option to actively gather much faster.

but yeah games biggest problem is content, because grind will only last so long. hopefully they can patch stuff like enchanting, sea/land towers soon or the population will fall.
