They really, really need to get the hell away from GFWL.  Please go with steam for DS2.  Do it.
WSE2 gives us the key to a wonderful world of butthurt...

Having trouble summoning on PC? Install this, and your GFWL friend's signs should work like magic. http://goo.gl/fY6SK (It'll only work if you both have it installed, however)

/dsg/ players have a list of players' names you can use to add them for easy coop: http://pastebin.com/BnCxK5Av

I haven't had a chance to install this and see for myself but it seems to be getting pretty good attention thus far.

I knew that at that time there would be a reveal, but a gameplay reveal? :(. I don't want to get spoilered but i don't want to miss anything... :/.

Also, i don't recall seeing this area. Oscar confirmed for DS2? Does this mean that DS2 is before or after DS1? Also, who's the statue? Gwynevere?

Well, Dks 2 is most likely to be based on the travel to Lordran. So perhaps we will see some characters from Dks 1. Like Soilare (but I doubt it).

We can only hope for the games lore to become more epic \o/

Also, the connection fix works perfectly. Takes me normally less than 1 minute to get a successful summon.

Here's some hope for you: On the dark souls 2 website, you see all kinds of logos at the bottom. XBox360, xbox live, from software, bandai games, PSN, ps3, and a PC logo. NO GFWL logo.

I gave it some more thought. Depending on how you played the game, Solaire does have 2 different "endings". However, Oscar on the other hand, simply died. He went Hollow, thus i see no return of him if it is set at a later date then DaS2.

Looking at the mark next to the health bar, where the hum. meter usually is it looks like they are going for a day an night cycle, maybe with different enemies (outside) depending on day an night?

Good eye, could very well be. Would be awesome, but it feels like they wouldve shown it though as it would be a very interesting change...

Dark Souls PC is the lead platform and it will run at 60 FPS. They will be adding warping much earlier in the game, and perhaps there will be dedicated servers.

wow I was hoping for a good pc version this time but lead platform is kind of crazy. plus as if they re made the whole engine because it really doesn't look at all different to me except some new wind effects.
