Your shoothing is random too.

Archery is weak atm but I think that it should be weak against armored targets. Ignore armor flag it had for a long time is pure bullshit.

but hit is random when u hit someone witch cloth in bodie somethime u do no damage

i can agree than armored guys can resist more against arrows but they should not be unkillable by an archer with my level and my stuff...
in real an arrow from long range can pass through a plate ... if we compare with reality .. but it's a game ... so i can understand class need a balance ...

i just want to know why devs add this system on arrows without saying nothing to people in patch log
or maybe i'm wrong and my char is buged

I'm aware that archery is overnerfed. Probably some fuck up. Haven't you noticed jump shot comeback? God knows what happened with archery. Wait for new server software update, I think it will be fixed then.

One thing is certain, they didn't want to nerf archery on purpose.

Also, I'm aware that more than half of melee fighters are idiots, I'm feeling it on my skin every day. So many teamhits and teamkills...

I actually like that either some or all of the xbow/arrow stun has stopped.

Probably lag more then anything. Arrows and bolts still stun.

It was ridiculous when I was about to stab a horse xbow

Fighting opponents which wound you except on headshot while you instakill them if they miss so you don't get to whine.


Everyone wants to be a horseman nowdays when your horse can ride around like a pincushion and laugh.

Crossbow should be repatched by previious patch it was best ..not one shot kill but IT SHOTED TO CROSSHAIR not as now..release point is moved tto fuckin g far right in 1rst person look. wtf is it

We really need a power foot skill. Power foot determines the power of your foot when stepping down on it to reload. Higher damage xbows require a more powerful foot to hold it down.

Just make crossbows WPF based, so that you need about 150 to equip an Arbalest, or so.

the one who says throwing is op is a moron. i had a stf with with throwing lances, tested in duel serv and took 3 lances to kill a 21/18 in a decent armor

with 6 pt and jarids i do at best 50% damage on 18/18 builds with light armor. the sarifices you have to do for throwing is really handicaping. people that make you lose 50% of life in your mighty loomed armor are people who'v invested heavily in throwing.

And for crossbow. i'v died a few times in one hit even though i have lordly gear (body and hand gear) and sometimes couldnt see my life to an arm shot!. You can tell all the realism bullcrap you want but the lack of investment you need, the easiness compared to archery  doesnt diserve imo to 1 hit kill. I played crossbow before the buff, and the strength of crossbow is the ability to hold your shots forever to release at the right moment your shot and also the fact you can easily put up a melee fight (investmenet in melee points, ability to have more armor).
I'm on my second gen of xbow alt and already at level 20 iv caught up easily my peasent kd by having always 2:1 KD's with 110 wpf. True it isnt that accurate but aiming for the head is really not needed because the damage output to a torso hit compensates alrgely the risk of pulling off a heashot. This is for me the easiest ranged class, now it's the most powerful. the number of crossbows have increased lately it's insane
