I've just met only a small handful of admins out of the hundreds I've come into contact with gaming over the years who are actually worth a damn and not just power hungry fuckheads who use their power to settle personal issues. 90% of admins develop some sort of superiority complex as soon as they get their new god-like powers, and they tend to get upset after getting their asses handed to them in-game, resulting in them instigating fights so they can use their admin-powerzzz to make up for it. Hardly ever fails.

Sometimes I think there needs to be a video tutorial on how to apply the mute function to players so that it doesn't get ignored for the big shiny Kick or Ban buttons.
