I have yet to see a poll go through by people just voting yes because they saw a poll. Every random poll I have seen in game has been shot down by being 25-40 % and that mean that 60-75% of people vote no. The trolls if you haven't noticed are falling and each day if you notice there are less and less of them poking their heads out from under the bridge for fear of losing their ability to play a game worth playing. This post I find useless. No offense but useless.

Well, actually, i haven't really been playing much, apart from some weekends, for the last 2 months or so, since i am at my unis dorm during the week. But i'd like to think that i was at least the 2nd most active admin during december/january

The removal of wooki was an error. Noticed how people aint unbanned in time anymore? Lots of people make threads about still being banned the day after the unban was scheduled. Why? Because you removed the one guy who cared to go through the banlist EVERY SINGLE DAY to check whos scheduled to be unbanned. Happy?

Welp, that's not really... relevant. It's not that hard to hire someone who's willing to go through the banlist. Or just make cmpx (the angry catholic) force someone to do it.

Once again, the removal of Wooki was simple justice. He had the complete inability to separate personal feelings from his duties. It's awesome that he donated his time to the job, and I give him karma points for giving it a try, as admins were scarce, and needed. But he was wholly unsuited to the task, and the public knew it, and I think he did too.

Abooze forum is a good thing, maybe make vote requirements higher before someone gets stripped of powers, so only the really, really bad admins can get stripped.

Life must be very easy for some people. Weve written tons of posts about why the polls doesnt work, and this is the response we get?
I like the idea of democracy too, but it doesnt work in this kind of games. Heres what people poll yes for:
-Thinking the admin abuses his power.
-Disagreeing with the rules the admin enforces
-Being in a clan with someone who hate the admin
-Being cats, that mean people who just polls yes because that is the most entertaining option
-Hating everyone in power, no matter how they use it.
-Ragers whos been kicked or banned and refuses to accept that what they did is wrong.
-Trolls
-Disliking the person because of playstyle
-Just seeing the person kick/ban a lot of people, and then ASUME that means the person is doing something wrong.
-Not seeing both parts in a conflict (like an admin do in spectator mode).

If 51% should be enough to demote an admin, we have to be able to garantee that ALL of the yes-voters are of the first category "thinking the admin abuses his power". Can you do that Beleidiger? Are you really that naive to think NO ONE is voting yes for those other INVALID reasons Ive listed?
