it was only a hotfix for the new warband patch - we will probably soon bring out a hotfix, or a patch with new item stats.

Yea, you kinda screwed over the steam-ppl I guess. I copy'd the steam-key over and it worked but such things should be annouced and communicated. Like that it's crap. Besides steam-overlay not working anymore. At least for me...

cRPG is not compatible with 1.15x yet, we just released a hotfix so the launcher will work correctly. It will launch the game in non-Steam mode even for Steam users.
If you it asks you to activate, follow step 2 from this thread.

I should never install this update. I was able to use steam and warband before it by bypassing launcher (Play Warband instead of Play cRPG). Now when I do that, mod goes completely nuts. Can't choose teams, all over is some weird shit saying bot 1, some strange duel options etc.

I have 5 digit warband key...

Leshma, all this update does in addition is add two files that aren't even used when you run Warband without the launcher (or use the bypass option). If stuff is messed up then the problem has to be in the cRPG files, but in that case it should be messed up for everyone... have you tried a full repair?
