Unfortunately, there's no OSP infantry burgonet for Warband. Q_Q

Archers not nerfed because the devs made that mistake before, ballance suffered.

Hmm, I can't seem to recall a time when ranged was weaker and the game was worse at the same time.

JAWOLL! Reset looms NAOW !

I really would like a loom-reset. Even if just for the armors. I know some time ago chadz or some other developer said it will never happen again.
I mean i dont know how much coding work/hassle it would be to actually do that kind of thing, but if this hassle wouldnt be too much i dont see how this would hurt anyone.
And I bet the majority if not all players would like that kind of thing. Make it a Special Event. I know other online games have that kind of thing once in a while to make it a little more interesting.
I seriously would love that.

You cannot reset only loom armors because (I am 90% sure) free looms could be used to loom other items instead.

So, if you had mistaken about looming some armor twice, you could use those free looms for other items, or some +1 armor you bought cheaply.

I had not really thought about that Kulin_ban. Thanks for pointing that out.
But even if I consider that I still think this would not be a bad idea. Why care if someone uses his armor-loom-point to heirloom a weapon?
Overall balance wouldn't be affected in any way. People would just have a chance to heirloom their new favourite armor. People would just run around in other armors or with other weapons...

If i think further about it:

A lot of people are trying to sell their armors right now to buy loompoints for new armors.
  • Which means through the competition people sell for lower prices than otherwise. (I know this for a fact, because I know of a lot of people who want to buy heirlooms-points for the new armors.
  • At the same time prices for loompoints increase because of the higher demand.
  • That means general marketplace prices will probably go higher still because people make prices in relation to loom-points sold

So all in all the chance to redistribute loompoints would even help a little bit the marketplace to not go crazy. Just a "thought" no guarantee that I'm actually right with this. :)

This is not me trying to justify the thing with my little "seeing ahead". I meant this just as a little "carrot" from devs to players. Like I said. A little "Special Event" to keep things interesting.

Actually i would make a exchange fee.
Pay 100k Gold => Choose one heirloom to be salvaged into its loompoints.

This would have multiple benefits.
1. Less money in the game (moneysink)
2. You can change your loadout easier.
3. Nobody would do it all the time cause its expensive
4. You could react on balance-issues
5. Marketplace would still be better
