I wonder why there is such a stigma associated with proper grammar on the internet. Think about how much information and knowledge is all around us, to belittle someone for correcting someone is silly. To compare them to chocolate chip cookies is even sillier.

Hah.

What school is it? Anyway, simple school language education is overrated by the people.

You can only be good at a foreign language, if you use it a lot. School education won't be enough.
I know it depends on the country, I'm just telling my own experience, not the best place I know, but still.

Regarding the suggestion, it's a no-go. While it would be realistic, it'd make people even more frustrated.

Definitely would be more realistic but people die quick enough as it is to be honest. Adding this would really make people too frustrated to play.

Hey if in my opinion if eng is your second langauge, I don't care if you have good grammar. Its the people who speak it and write in it everyday that have horrible grammar and spelling that drive me crazy.

This has actually been added to brytenwalda, but could probably be too easily exploited in Crpg (just imagine a naked guy who throws a knife at you then runs till you lose all your blood) and would create insane amounts of rage.

Perhaps add this but only to a few select weapons that aren't used much atm. Like daggers and other very short weapons with block, it'd make them useful (although it wouldn't be very realistic ofc).

Another way of balancing this out could be to cap the damage taken. For example you would only lose 5 hp max in 60 seconds after having been wounded by a throwing knife, and it could stack.

His suggestion wasn't that bad, there's no reason to troll / flame at him while it could actually be a new interesting mechanic if done well.

Something like, a maximum of 1/3 of the damage taken from the blow, over the damage recieved by the blow over four

So, if you were hit for 12 damage, you would take 4 bleed damage over 3 seconds

And only for cut weapons
