I've never played a server where people split up as much or as often as on EU1.  No wonder range is having a field day.

Don't know why people complain about loom prices, 'cause it's kind of a good thing. A noobie can retire once and sell their loompoint for 600k. They'll never have to worry about upkeep ever again. Hell, they can sell a loompoint and buy a +1 item right after that and make a profit.

Or, you could retire 3 times get yourself a MW weapon and play the market like everyone else.

The prices aren't really outrageous when you realize you're not so much buying an item as you are buying someone else's time.

In an effort to decrease heirloom prices, I encourage everyone to refuse to buy any heirlooms priced more than 500k per loom. Eventually, if everyone participates there will be a passive decrease in prices until they get to a less ridiculous level. With each passing day more heirlooms are created, thus prices should be going down anyway.

So join me, in an effort to reunite Calradia. Or something like that.

I wonder what is the part of the people that agree on this that ever sold a loom point. I think I can be certain that it is higher than the proportion of economics graduates among those yesmen. Just like any embargo, it works if you have means to force people not to buy/to buy things. You don't do trades without a seller, or without a buyer.

Ask who's seriously willing to sell heirloom points for 500k gold. And enjoy the silence.

I hate the fucking prices. I hate leveling, I don't want to ever retire again, but that seems to be the only way to ever get me more loompoints. The prices increase faster than I earn money. Guess 7 loompoints is all I'll ever have.

I hate fighting people that constantly have a 4 level advantage over me, and an even bigger one during half my playtime (yes this is accurate for me. I would be level 34 now if I hadn't retired at all). Heirlooms only very slightly make up for that.

Best way to decrease heirloom prices is to have all the prisoners in a chinese prison farm heirlooms 24/7 and sell them cheaply for a dollar a piece.

Good question. Somewhere around 38 iirc. But it doesn't matter a lot. I downleveled to ~28 after the patch.

Well, at the same time I was level 30. That's 8 level difference, between me and you. And between me and let's say Ujin, there was 13 level difference. I didn't mind that at all. Also had no looms and had normal ninja build. Was very satisfied. Four level difference can be pretty big if the build in question is one of those min-maxing builds (like STR oriented builds). Otherwise difference isn't that big.

don't listen to this nonsense, there is no heirloom bubble! Heirlooms are an investment! Buy them no matter what!

I insist you add a feature where I can take out loans using my current heirlooms as collateral (receive 90% of their value as credit) so I can speculate and buy more heirlooms with that money.

I hate that too, hence the stopping retiring. Maybe you should do that too. Recently reached lvl 32 and man, 21/21 is amazing. Its just that changing class is going to make my cry.

sounds like a valid request. I'll see what I can do.
