Well Panös, I think Ujin gave you a very extensive explanation and indulged you more than enough in your accusations.

I thought Ujin wasn't being objective(since it's Panös and let's face it, he gets treated differently not only because he's a repeat offender but because he's Panös), but he's human too.

No offense meant Ujin, I wasn't questioning your ability to admin it was more of a general opinion.

I might be wrong but i think i "ignored" (if you insist to use this term and fail to see the differene between "ignored' and "missed') only the tks, but not the poll abuse, as far as i remember after the poll started both me and Khorin almost simultaneously asked the initiator to state the reason for the poll. Seconds later Khorin banned him for 1h ,which was lucky for the guy because i was actually about to give him a couple of days (my usual punishment for serious poll abusing).

So let me get this straight - if i banned him for the poll abuse instead, you would've suggested that Khorin should get his rights removed ?

If I can recall correct only Khorin warned about tk`s after I send to you the pm`s regarding the tk @ spawn,and as far as I can remember when the next map started,Khorin first warned about Polla abuzing and then he banned the guy,I maybe wrong and thats why we are gonna need the logs.

And to answer to your question,No,I would ask again for your admin rights to be revoked because you ignored a tk that happened at the spawn and you were on the same team with me and because when I asked Khorin for help,he actually gave it to me straight away.

Thank you for confirming what i just said. I never denied "IGNORING" (here we go again, you seem to really like that word) the teamkills or your chat messages. If you believe a private investigation is needed and logs should be checked, go for it. In the meantime, i'd just add that it's nice to have multiple admins on the server from time to time, to back each other up (Khorin).

@ Bjord - no offense taken. As a player i might not like certain people (can count them with fingers on one hand though), but i certainly wouldn't let that blind my judgment as an admin. Not to mention that i possess no feelings whatsoever, positive or negative, towards beer anyway.

Ujin is a good admin, admins are players too, they can't just read pick text all the time can they? They might be able to read text while they are dead, but it's pretty much impossible to read it while fighting. Alot of players afk after they spawn, and they will auto run their character for at least 10 second before they came back (I tested this so many times, alot of players got couched by me die in the same fate). some pro players even mute the entire chat while playing. just saying.

As a neutral guy (I like both of these my old friends) I gotta say, beer appeared to be leeching, he was in pretty much 1 gold upkeep gear standing in a corner.

I had a Long War Axe and I was wearing a t-shirt,I didnt move because enemies where near me and I was w8ing the perfet mom to jump down..

Most of the admins,before they kick some1,use the admin chat to confirm if the player is AFK or not.
