Normal rules. For example in an HA fight shooting the horse is cheap. It takes 0 skill. If 2 HA's fight each other you should aim for the person.

And it's actually historical :p killing an opponent's horse during a tournament would have disqualified you and you would have had to pay back the horse's owner, sometimes by giving him your own horse and armor

I'm see what you want with the no shield rule, however, I don't think allowing all horses will work as intended. Or maybe it will since killing them isn't a good idea unless you are 75% sure of killing the rider.

btw, im thinking of capping the number of teams to 8 so it looks good in bracket system and everyone will have the same number of games, right now there is 6 teams +1 randomer so  probably only 1 spot left
