Well for me, 2h are the most fun, probably because I like doing funky feints. I also enjoyed playing polearm too. Shielder and cav a bit less.

So, sorted by fun factor for me:

2h > pole > shielder > cav > ranged

Fact :

When I was pole cav (one week ago) with 3 ath, I was actually doing better (on foot) when I could loot some 2h on the battlefield than using my poleaxe (or any other pole side-weapon), even though I got 160 wpf in pole and 0 in 2h.

One weapon is enough to describe the difference between poles and 2h : the mace.

How does that thing describe the difference?

heres the difference: 2h glance less, get stuck in random shit less, and can hiltslash better than a regular polearm. Sweetspot is also larger, and the hitbox isn't glitchy like polearms.

anyways, it was a half rage post after playing on eu and getting outspammed by everyone. Apparently lag delays your swing by .1 second.
