I am not expecting 180degree change, i just want them to realize something might be rotten in the Nuffenlands. I mean, three votes against him, that speaks for itself. If his application is just trolly, the guy has literally no freaking sense of normality. He knew it would piss many ppl off, yet he did it. Not hiding in shadows waiting for the flame to go away, just pouring more fuel to it. Good game, good game indeed. And all the devs team +ing his post is not really "community friendly" approach, as the community has spoken differently. Yeah, if he gets admin back, it will be pure spit in the face for the playerbase.

Just as at work: we are somewhat friends here, but when someone fucks up, i have to deal with him in the way it has to be done, we can go for beer afterwards, but at work we are on first place colleagues, then friends. Same should be for dev team. Seeing things objectively if its about friends IS hard, but surely doable.

That's not the same I think. Our jobs are not totally different (if I make a big mistake some system is down for a while, if you make a mistake I think a lot of systems might get down, am I right? ^^). There's a lot of money involved, while admining cRPG is about giving your free time in order to let others play a game for fun. It would be similar to real-life work if they'd get paid for it.

Yup, that is why we have quite strict rules at work. Yet, no-one is standing near to him, pointing gun to his head and telling: NOW U ADMIN OR UR DEAD! I do my work cause i need the money i get there He does this cause he can/want to. Not an excuse for bad performance.  Heard rumors that some rule set and according ban length is being set up, that could solve a lot.

Trust me, my application is not trolling, its 100% serious.
The last nomination was so full of bs (there wasnt even an accusation of abuse) that even chadz decided that the abooze system was not working. Ofc, rules are rules, and I was demoted.
There are no rules that prevents me from reapplying, and several points in my application points on the last nomination:
-Over 150 people have supported me in 3 votes in a row
-I dont let myself pressure from mobilising clans, no matter if Im treathened by bulldog and ujin on the TS my clan is using or not.
-Several of the nominators from both the first, second and last nomination is now actually supporting my application.

I don't bear a grudge, and I will not abuse my admin rights to petty revenge if I get promoted. Several in this thread have already proven they will go pretty long for revenge. I think this speaks against them becoming admins.

I have no grudge against nuffen or anyone. But that reapplying is , I agree, disrespectful. U you should wait a while and then maybe do it again. The most people voted against you, was it 61% ? Just accept and respect the vote that people did.
