Also, from what i've seen, dave is probably one of the best crossbowmen i've seen not only on EU, but in battle thus far. He along with Kesh and Swalker are probably some of my favorite ranged guys to have ranged face offs with.

And Mtemtko is a 16-year-old Slovakian village idiot, he wouldn't be able to see reason if it was an atomic explosion in outer space. Also two - votes from randoms I would hardly call "negative voted into oblivion" but I'm glad I'm not the only one ashamed of being part of this thread.  I should have just ignored it and saved myself the trouble of head trauma by repeated face palm.

I agree darkkarma...he is the best XBOW I have seen in cRPG(minus With_Stupid, if you forgive his running and hiding).  All I asked is that he left my good name out of the flame.  I give congrats. to all my opponents, not only for wins but also for the way they fight in losing efforts.  Everyone that has played with me for a day knows I would never be negative or dishonorable.  Since he took me out of it, I'm good...and the MERC's and their allies did fight very well in the last battle of the night.  Would have said that to begin with if I didn't see my name with fire glowing around it.  Thanks again for removing it...we have no beef then...I look forward to meeting skilled warriors on the battlefield again soon.

Well, I'm used to whiners after every battle. I think none of you should reply to it (not just Mercs, FCC too). When the world is collapsing on you I believe you'd use any tactics too as long as its not cheating. Our strategy was simply "patience" Btw we are not an alliance, we are just good neighbours and friends (example : Gnjus, ginger and I are some of the first members of Mercs) STR is my old neighbour from the old strat. Never seen them plotting against us. In fact these commies are far more trustworthy than any other nation I've ever seen and we value honesty.
For me the battle was fun until 3AM then it started to turn into a burden. I didn't play because I enjoyed it I've played because I had to. My scoreboard pretty much proves that. I even thought of watching a movie in the second screen while playing.
Most importantly many of us had to go to work, I had an interview at 9AM and battle was over at 7.30, I was about to throw up because of mad graphics. Well my interview also went well and I feel like Charlie Sheen now.

You guys put up a worthy fight. Now be nice lads. chadz said he will deal with the roster griefing, so i ain't angry anymore...

Some things to say:

1. First battle was really cool. Sure we lost more tickets but probably most of attackers will need more tickets then defenders in future.
2. Second battle was silly. We tried to capture all spawns and probably this cant work if there are enough defenders regardless if they wear armor or not.
I was very tired after this one and feel sorry to everybody who had to fight even longer ;)
3. In the first time since i play Strategus im Lord of a village ;)
4. So besides timeslots were really late i enjoyed battles ;)
