Implement it for the unarmoured horses. Leave the heavy ones expensive, too many of them in servers as it is.

I think it's extremely good idea, to implement horse's wpf.

As long as you can wound someone with charge - spend some wpf for your lovely monster.

I don't like upkeep being governed by stats (wpf was already op before that was brought in, imo), but anything to bring down my cav repairs.

Sadly...

But if you are riding away from the source of dmg - like when you are riding away from that pesky archer shooting at you, your movement bonus will make the damage lower. I think i still have a screen of me taking a THROWING LANCE to the back while riding away from a thrower and staying alive.
Not so rare even prepreprepreprepatch (it was almost year ago), but the funny thing is... I had 0 iron flesh and only 7 str... :)
