Feels about the same for me, perhaps 1 more hit on armor ?
The change wasn't drastic. They only changed soak/reduce by a small amount...
So yeah they difference isn't that big. You're going to hear everybody exaggerate out their ass though.
Glances happen less. People take less of the high spectrum equally. Damage output was more normalized. And not by any ridiculous amount.
This does
not mean the following: Agility builds do same damage as balanced or strength build, builds are suddenly not viable due to a slight change, Armor isn't worth t anymore.
What this
does mean: Glances happening less will make agility builds a little more viable [but still do less damage], your build will still function as it used to, and people in heavy armor will actually take more hits to kill now.
