Stop nerfing shit, learn to counter a weapons strengths and learn some tactics.  If you are slower than your enemy and they outreach you, then probably not a good situation you got yourself in.

Akynos what your asking for is silly because u forgot how hard it is to get close enough an perform a overhead on anyone who aint a complete noob..

Also you idea would make the maul useless because it´s really hard to perform good with a maul outside siege an it takes some really good timing just to get that 1 overhead in on an aware opponent..

I don't see any reason to change the way mauls work currently its fine only victims are lasy people an noobs who dont know how to counter it..

On contrary to what new players think the maul is a High risk High reward kinda weapon.. If not taking standing on some choke point on siege into account..

Its a 68 reach weapon with 80 speed rating its pretty simple to counter by basically doing the easy Backwalk an spam just about any weapon can outspam a maul..

In its current state, it might slow down performance a bit on lower end machines, though I'm not entirely sure by how much (or if at all). Currently I'm using a rig with x2 GTX 580s and haven't lost a frame

But once I make the LOD models and better optimize some of them it should help out those with performance issues

Boss i hope you make it optional so that the people with crasy rigs like myself n you can get the most epic looking equipment 

Dont tone down the graphics 

Make a pack for poor people with wooden pc´s an a pack for rich people with decent rigs

Well maybe stunlocking someone to death is pretty harsh, but if polestagger was to be removed spears will need a juicy buff to compensate.

Well maybe i dunno... clearly the pike an the long spear still have its use with or without polestagger an wouldn't need a buff.

Weapons like the war spear may lose its egde people use it for the sole purpose of stunlocking their opponents to a slow death but with or without polestagger its still a good fast stab weapon

they really do rely on stun for getting a stun on a side swing so you may actually get a thrust in aswell and do some damage.

An what ? you clearly are a bit too biased just listen to you own words..

You saying that its ok for spears to stunlock people to death?

Polestagger is stupid an needs to go an that goes for all of the polearms

Maybe you should get your facts right before posting crap...

Archers take a 0slot weapon cause it is the only thing they can wear if they want to have more than 17 or 20 arrows with a 2slot bow     And those who use a 1slot bow usually have a melee weapon with which they can fight

Most of em use the horn bow why would they use a melee weapon if their bow does x10 times more dmg an is easy to abuse while running an gunning at their targets..

Tenne is the only archer i know who carry a decent melee weapon an use it when caught up in close combat an he use a 2slot bow..

Fact is that archers could use a decent 1 slot melee weapon if they wanted too..

but they prefer to out run their opponents an kill em by kiting which is more effective an imho is what makes people so pissed about archery its a troll class people cant deal with it because lets face it.. its looks retarded watching someone kill 5 people by running an turning around an shooting em without them being able to fight back.

Ive gotten 1shot by a sniper xbow last night an i laughed my ass off 64 body armor an 60 hp 1 bolt to the stomach an i rolled over 

But its really rare it happens i couldn't help but lmao when it happend
